I'm having a tough time right now. I just had to end a toxic one sided friendship and I'm hurting. I don't want to be bitter about it, but I'm angry that I let myself think this person was my friend when they weren't. I know they're moving on without a care while I grieve this loss. Maybe it's because I don't have very many friends that it hits me hard to lose one. Please keep me in prayer so that I won't become bitter about this and can move on. In Jesus Name. Amen,

Every time you feel your hurt , pain , drop it back down at our Lords feet , only He can heal you from the upcoming emotions that will come your way...
I have been where you are right now , and it s not easy , but GOD , He brought me through it all , and today I am free in Him...
I have prayed for this person who hurt me , every time I felt angry , I prayed for him , and God dried my tears...

Sometimes God removes people from our lives , He wants us for Him , and the purging hurts , it refines us , and one day you will look back after Jesus has brought you through the storm , and you will be singing praises to His glorious name...

Be still before Him , do not act out on any emotions , emotions can lie , just keep giving it to our Lord , for He is faithful , and He will take care of you while you cannot take care of yourself...
...xox...

Yes i know this feeling. You did the right thing in ending things with that so called friend. If someone isnt interested in you, then you have to respect yourself enough to remove yourself from that situation.

We must be careful who we call a friend. You may have an acquaintance but thats not a friend, and an enemy pretending to be a friend is certainly not a friend.

As a Christian you love everyone, but that does not mean everyone is a friend. And we have to try with the help of God, not to be bitter about people who dont return our love to them. Shake the dust off your feet and keep it moving.

When you run into your ex friend greet them with a smile and wish them well. But keep it moving. So many people in the world who need your time and attention, and who will appreciate you. I will pray that God brings such people into your life and keep your heart sweet, and free from bitterness and hurt.

May God bless you ❤.

I had a friend who repeatedly took my money to buy food in high school who never payed me back after 3 years of knowing her I was scared to tell her no but I’m so glad that God removed her from my life for good it was a very good day. My other friends hated her because she was abusing me as a person and they fought for me and they saw the real me and they acted like they like her behind my back like we where together they said that they hated her I was confused about it. I know that I have so much power in my self to stand up for myself she was just so mean about me preaching the love of Jesus to her n high school.I feel better without her I can be myself and I am in a better place because she is out of my life and I’m very comfortable place in my life and my faith has definitely absolutely helped me with this ending a very fake friendship in my life and she still texts me and saying that we are dating no we are not.

Deep hurts are a result of unforgiveness. It's perfectly understandable. However, it does not bother the offender and only hurts us and our relationship with God. I'd recommend the following article. The writer was betrayed by his wife, who took off with the business account, emptied his bank account, took the house he'd just built and left him with very little. At the time, he was a millionaire when that meant something. God showed this man, whom I got to know well, the keys to being set free. https://www.christianlife.org.au/can-you-forgive-from-your-heart

It's quite long but well worth the read. It helped me through a messy divorce and subsequent loss of contact with my children.

being scared is not a trait of the believer .its always wisest to seek God's word concerning issues when they arise turning to friends who dont have believe in God might sway you the strait ,this i say because you mentioned your friends hated, Jesus commands us to love even our enemies . unbelievers choice based on whats in it for them ...believers chose based on whats in it for God waiting recompense from the father in due season...God has started a good work in you shaking the foundations so what is firm will remain and whats not falls of, be courageous his not finished but will finish well. God bless
