please pray for my dad. he will be 68 on July 2 2013. He has major health problems and most of them have to do with his heart as he has had 5 heart- attacks and one was so bad that it required a tripple by pass operation because he has CAD (coronary artery disease). He's also a diabetic and he smokes. the operation took place 20 years ago and I am greatful for everyday that I have been given with him. We lost my mom 7 years ago to c.o.p.d. and are still recovering from that. So to still have my dad is a precious gift too me.

now his dr says that his heart is skipping beats. apparently this is some kind of arythimeia that is corractable with medication. Please pray that the medication will help him and that he will do well with everything else he will face.

I will be praying for your dad! I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I lost my grandma a few months ago and it hurt my mom pretty bad. God Bless!

I am sorry to hear about ur Dad. I am praying as I write this. Let me tell u that Drs aren't always right. At 12 yrs old my Dad was told that he had six months to live because of cancer. This went on for about 5 yrs and then they stopped telling us anything. He went to be with the Lord in '09, 18 yrs later. He was in a coma for a week and God's Word comforted me. All of this while I was in prison. The passage the Holy Spirit took me to was 2 Sam. 12:21-22. It comforted me and I was Ok when he went HOME a week later. When it comes to loss I can relate to u. Mom in 2000. Grandma in '08, Dad in '09, and Sister in '10. All while I was in prison. The whole time God comforted me with His Word and friends. Know that we are here for u. Let me know what I can do to help. Hopefully I can offer comfort because of what I've experienced. I can feel ur hurt and pain. (2 Cor. 1;3-4)

Lord I pray for AvalonJunky's father, heal him completely in thy Love. Let thy Love engulf him. Give the family peace at all times.
 
May the weight of HIS glory fall on ur father that he will testify that JESUS CHIST is Lord,may God's Spirit fill his heart and consume whatever sickness that is in his body right now....in JESUS name i pray....AMEN.
