Most likely she is struggling against a candida fungal infection. I would encourage you to do some research in natural healing for this, as the medical route often does not address the root issue and their answer of anti-biotics exacerbate the problem.

I agree with Messenger. I've seen UTIs nipped in the bud with 100% pure Cranberry Juice. Stevia can be used for sweetener if needed, but would avoid sugar since bacteria feeds on it and multiplies. That's assuming a lot that I have no way of knowing or offering advice. It's just an option many have seen help with kidney and UTIs in my personal experiences in nursing homes with residents and even nursing staff. The last time I bought it was at Krogers in their nutrition section.
