I will pray for your friend and for you as well. It is not natural for a parent to lose a child yet God does his thing and while we have more questions than answers at times, I remind myself that however the process of losing someone to death is hard, death remains a graduation from this life and a graduation means going on to a different level. Some people graduate very early while others later but we all graduate and return to tell our story and how it was for us.

I pray that you will be comforted and your friend and his family as well.

my 9 yo nephew died 10 years ago. my sister has never been quite the same person she was.
just so you know to expect that with your friend.
