Please pray for my Mother, who has lost her Love,my Dad.

Please pray that my Mom, Betty (84 years old), who lost her love of over 75 years, my Dad.

They knew each other since elementary school. They were constant companions through all these many years. They were married for 66 years and were rarely apart.

He was a wonderful man who lived almost entirely for her. They fought together a long valiant battle against my Dads luchemia for over 7 years.

Finally when he could fight no more, she said goodbye and my Dad saw heaven, closed his eyes and left his mortal body behind.

My Mom knows that he is in heaven with Jesus, but she remains heartbroken and lost.

Please pray with me that our Lord will fill that tremendous void (now nearly a year past) with His love until she too can join him. This I ask in Jesus name, Amen

Gary, I am so sorry about the loss of your dad, for your mom and for you.:(

Abba, I praise You because You are great!
Thank You for the witness of this marriage of believers,
and for the fruit You gave to this couple,
even a son who also knows and loves You.

I ask You to minister to Betty in these coming days.
Abba, please make her to know Your love,
Your mercy,
Your grace,
Your peace.
Make her know Your presence,
and dry her tears with Your own hand.
I ask You to send believers alongside her
to weep with her,
and to rejoice with her that her husband is with You,
and just to rejoice over the wonderful life they had,
and the lovely memories they share about him.

I thank You, Lord God, that Betty has her son Gary
to be this person for her.
Abba, please also minister to Gary now,
for his own grief and loss,
and to know how to best help his mom.
Thank You that You will do these things
because of Your great love toward them both,
and because You, alone, are so very, very good. ♥
Please do these things for Jesus' sake,
Who earned all this for us,
amen.

Gary---please know you and your mom
will be in my prayers in the coming days.
May the Lord Himself be your peace,
and your testimony.
