my teenage son was "jumped" at school, which ended with a broken nose and a suspension (he participated because he was defending himself....so both were suspended) he returned to school 3 days later which went quite well. i had been praying and let him know that God would protect him. as soon as we got home, he began getting harrassing phone calls threatening to hurt him again. i cannot be wth him all of the time, i don't want to embarrass him by going "snitching" on him, but the one thing i can do is pray. prayer changes things. the Lord says that vengeance is His. i don't want anyone else to get hurt, although these kids are bullying and should be stopped. would you agree with me that my son will have no fear and complete peace that only God can give him and he is covered by the blood of Jesus. No weapon formed against him shall prosper. in Jeremiah 15:20 - "then i will make you to this people a fortified wall of bronze; and though they fight against you, they will not prevail over you; for i am with you to save you and deliver you," declars the Lord. please pray with me and list any scripture that i may stand on and give to my son in the morning!

Agreewithme,I raised 3 boys andI know exactly how you feel!I always taught mime to walk away, however if somene hit them, i did tell them to go ahead and finish it (probly wrong) but they do have to defend themselves, I talked to principle and he said yes, they have a right to defend themselves
however they also got suspended, ususal after defending themselves, the other person respected them and then befrinded them (oldest son has a lot of friends, LOl) It is tuff, I would suggest calling the law before this gets out of hand if neccessay, but I will certainly pray, this stuff is rediculous, Lord be with her son and give him protection and peace, as for the other boy Lord put conviction on his heart and let him fear you Lord!
God bless you!
In Jesus name amen
PS,welcome to cc!

Here in WA at my childrens school District, they have a 0 talerance for bullying. I would go back to the School and ask them if this does not get handled, you will go to the district office and if it still continues...you will file a police report. They don't want to have this on record. Look up actions you can take online. My girl friends son was bullied for 3yrs, they tried to handle it themselves. when she went to the district office, it changed things. Some times the school does not want the district office to know they are having trouble.

School/district requirements and expectations
Roughly 20 states currently encourage (and, in some cases, require) school districts to establish bullying prevention policies and programs. In one state — Georgia — any district that does not adopt a policy prohibiting bullying is ineligible for state funding. In Arkansas, the state board of education must review every district’s anti-bullying policies and may recommend changes or improvements.

Several states require schools to integrate bullying education and prevention into the curriculum. In Virginia, for example, every school’s character education program “must address the inappropriateness of bullying.” Other states authorize or require schools to offer specific services to students, including behavioral training and intervention, peer mediation, mentoring, counseling and tutoring.

I will be praying for wisdom for you and your son.

Good advise given already.
So Ill be praying in agreement in Jesus for all asked for your son.

God bless.
