I want to be the best Christian ever. (i know, humble right?)

When people have prayed for me I have completely felt the spiritual strength it brings.

It seems daft to my scientific brain that prayer should work.

But, from experience, I know it really, really works.

So, please pray for me.

If you want to be the best Christian ever then think about what you can do for others instead of what others can do for you. That being said:
Heavenly Father, thank you for Your servant PaulNew. I ask that you increase him in wisdom, faith and strength and to grow deeper in You and You in him. May his hands be tireless doing Your will, and his words be clear professing Your Truth. I thank you for this in the Name of Your Son, the Christ, Yeshua.

I agree with you.
The last week or so God has been changing my perspective on things so that I am seeing the link between how resources I spend on my own self-indulgence are resources I no longer have to spend on others who are in need.
Hopefully by working to keep this truth clear I will be able to purge myself of some of my self-interest and thereby be able to serve others more.
