Right now I am not so sure the Pope is the false Prophet. He most certainly is the head of the woman who rides the beast. The more I look into it, the less I think he is the False Prophet. These are preliminary suggestions and are subject to change. Is there anyone else out there with further information on this subject.
I am not saying that the priest is more holy...perhaps you should read my posts more carefully.
I am saying that there is no such thing as the "Catholic priest" - he is a fictional character made up by the Catholic Church.
That is pretty much the opposite of saying that he is "more Holy".
We (All Christians) are a holy priesthood.
What I am expressing, regarding preachers, is that there are problems that result from having one man that is paid to preach to a congregation.
A man is likely to be pressured by a congregation not to preach what he should be preaching because he can be dismissed, whether or not those pressures are subtle or aggressive.
The Bible says that a qualification for an elder is that he be able to speak, but, in my experience, elders rarely speak - and when they do it is about budget reports, etc.

thank you Fran for you kind words and confidence. Like you, I agree the time is short. Is there enough time for the Purple and Gold to change? The Bible says NO! I hope so, for the people. As far as the "consecration of the bread." it would help, to what degree I do not know. It would take a lot of change.

I agree with you there are problems when a preacher is paid for his services., I agree.
In the olden days and I can now say that lol), Preachers of old, would have another job on the side to support their families while they preached from the heart usually a HELL and damnation sermon. Now days, preachers, all kinds shy away from Revelation and Prophecy like the plaque. people do not want to hear about the end times or what God tells us there is to come..They do not want anything to interfere with their perfect lives. This is very very unfortunate for them.
I had better stop now before I get on my soap box...However, it looks like we are in agreement on this post.

What i am saying is either true of false.. I am not here to get diverted by personal accusations and waste my time defending my person.. Others need to play the ball instead of the person.. I say what i truly believe on this subject.. Being an Ex-catholic froim a catholic family i know what catholicism is.. and the violence of the ""Knights of Columbus"" does not change the truth.. So I would say that you can't have a ROMAN Catholic "Church",
Without the Vatican and a "holy father", (Caesar woship, man is god, worship the creation, Babylon, Babel,confusion, mystery).

You have the first beast A.K.A. Anti-Christ so called.....the little Horn of Daniel and the Second Beast which has two horns one higher than the other who points the world to the First beast and demands that they worship the 1st beast as God.....He has power in the sight of the 1st beast to works miracles, signs and wonders and even call down fire from heaven.....MANY erroneously believe that the POPE is the Anti-Christ (Little Horn of Daniel, 1st Beast of Revelation) I do not believe this....I personally believe the False Prophet (2nd Beast with two horns, One higher than the other) is the last Pope of a re-unified Roman Catholic (WESTERN BRANCH) and Greek Orthodox (Eastern Branch) religion.....
Daniel accurately predicted the rise and fall of Persia, Greece, Rome and what Rome devolved into....the two legs of Iron representing the Western and Eastern Branches and division of Catholicism which is further broken down into 10 toes of blended Iron and Clay which we see attempting to MIX right now...Europe and Western Russia and the surrounding areas are predominantly Catholic and or Islamic (Iron and Clay) the culmination of this is the LITTLE HORN (Islamic Madhi) will subdue 3 of the 10 horns that arise OUT of this end time configuration. 1. The last three popes have bowed to and kissed the Koran and in essence have placed Catholicism under Islam
2. Catholics traditionally believe in miracles and signs (no stretch for this to be taken to next level)
3. Catholics traditionally worship images (no stretch to be taken to the next level)
4. God will send strong delusion and ALL who have not received the LOVE of the truth will worship the beast and his image
5. The Roman Pope and Greek Pope have met in Jerusalem and are speaking of uniting under one banner
This is a very, very short summation.....it would take 6 to 8 weeks 10 hours a day to lay out all of the scripture in context and the history and historicity of the last 2600 years that points to this....My studies have revealed the following....

I don't know who the experts are, but I'm sure there are no perfect churches. You find one you like and serve it to the best of your ability.
These verses are about Antiochus Epiphanes.
The 7 shepherds are the 7 Maccabees in v 5.
See how they are mentioned in association with the birth of Jesus in v 2.
Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 ad by the Romans, the 4th beast.
Read the whole chapter for context and the time line.
See how these verses revolve around the coming of Jesus and His ministry in 30 ad.
These events take place at that time, not our future.
There are only 2 resurrections 1 Cor 15:23-28, 23-24.
When Jesus comes, it is the end v 24.
The beast is a nation, Rome, the iron legs.
The iron legs go from the invasion of Rome and it's dominance over Jerusalem,
Until Israel is restored to Jerusalem and the stone strikes.
So the beast nation must be continual,
But also, the beast nation must be thrown into the abyss and come out to be a nation again before the stone strikes.

How far do you suppose they will allow this to go - all of their "authority" is tied up in this separation?
I mean, if we are all priests (and all Christians are), we would confess our sins one to another instead of "being required to go into a confessional", etc., etc., etc.
I think it will go on as far as they need it to for their own purposes.
Right now, here by me, it's because there aren't enough priests.
They're very over-burdened. So the talk is that they want the laity to take
over more. Maybe be like mini-Deacons.
To some liturgies, have bible studyies, maybe.
We don't know yet exacly how,
but we here know that it has to happen.

IMO He is definitely Islamic as in the 12th Imam/Mahdi and called the Assyrian........Daniel 10-11 plays out the wars between the Kings of the North and Kings of the South and seems to indicate he comes out of South Eastern Turkey, North Eastern Syria, North Western Iraq Areas............

I believe so....The Anti-Christ and False prophet will behead all who will not receive the mark...Islam is known for beheading....Not that it matters and cannot be used as proof, but I have studied this for 27 years....and it seems to me that Islam is the religion of the beast and the above post to Allen is the short end of the stick concerning Satan's continued attempt to be worshipped in a man as God.....My view...ALLAH is the god of the Anti-Christ/False Prophet (obviously Satan) and YES....Islam will sweep the planet and or defeat the West....it seems they have a super hold on Europe and it is beyond the ability to control and or stop there......and it seems it is taking a hold all over the world in various forms.....
