5 pork chops
1 pkg. Shake n’ Bake (original pork seasoned coating mix)
2 large onions, thick sliced
1 tbsp. Oil
1 jar (12 oz.) pork gravy (or beef)

Oven: 375. Coat chops as directed, place in single layer in 13 x 9 pan.
Toss onions w/oil, place over chops and bake 30 minutes in oven..
Pour gravy and cover. Bake an extra 15 minutes.

This is pretty easy to prepare & cook.
