Dreams or visions that god gives you are amazing and everyone loves to hear them, I love to hear them too they can give me hope and excitement

I was in the front lawn of my university campus, but the campus was completely destroyed. It was like a tornado blew through the place. There was dust floating in the air, cars rolled over, and the buildings were crumbling. The remaining students were evacuating.
As they ran past me, they asked, “Why are you still here? It’s not safe anymore. You have to leave as soon as possible!”

I replied, “I can’t leave right now! I have to wait for my husband to come back!” (I’m not married, just in case anyone was going to ask.)

They asked, “Why are you waiting for him? You can meet him later. You need to leave!”

I refused to leave, telling them that my husband told me to wait here and he will come and get me, and we will leave together. The student told me not to wait too long and to stay safe.

I waited for another five minutes or so, but I was beginning to feel very scared and quite paranoid. I looked around and saw nothing but destruction, and I didn’t want to stay there by myself. Then I remembered. In my pocket I had three items. The first was a card key that I would use if I wanted to talk to Jesus. The second was some sort of key chain if I wanted to talk to the Holy Spirit. I can’t remember what the third item was—I think it was some sort of coin—but it was if I want to talk to the Father.

Tears gathering in my eyes, I paced the lawn and eventually climbed atop the hood of a car and cried as I waited for my husband to return. I put my hand in my pocket and frantically pulled out the card key and said between my sobs, “I need help. I’m really scared and I don’t know what to do.”

I buried my head in my hands and continued to cry, but then another pair of hands pulled mine away from my face. The hands held mine and I felt the most comforting feeling I have ever had in my life. It was truly amazing. I look up in confusion and asked, “Which one are you?” referring to Father, Son, or Holy Spirit. “Are you..?”

“Yes,” He answered.

Through my tears, I could not see anything but a really blurry image, and I kept asking, “Is this real?”

Jesus kept whispering to me, “Yes, this is real. This is very real.”

Then, I had the strongest urge to touch Jesus’ scars. So, very slowly, my I moved my hands toward His wrists, but I was pulled out of the dream before I felt anything.

The weirdest thing about this dream was that I kept slipping in and out of my sleep, until when I was finally conscious, I was sitting up in bed, arms outstretched, asking aloud, “Is this real?”

I’m pretty sure my roommate thought I had lost my mind, but I know what I saw and felt, and it was most certainly real!

Hope you enjoyed reading!

That is really amazing what a blessing it must have been

I feel compelled to interpret this dream in how the Spirit has shown me...
The husband you were waiting for was and is Jesus... He's our beloved ("Are you..?").. He understands us better than ourselves. Besides that point, I also feel like this dream/vision is about the End... It resonates so deeply in my heart I cannot ignore it. I emphasized it with color. I especially was drawn to how He told you to wait for His return and He will bring you home with Him. By going against society telling u what to do and trusting God to stay and wait for Him even when you seemed to be alone in all of the disaster... That is such a beautiful picture of faith.

He's everywhere though in this because you can seem the intimacy of His love... Him coming down, embracing and comforting you when your heart was despaired and longing for Him, especially realizing that you need Him. Then how He responds... He responds out of love first by comforting you through complete gentleness. I love how He confirms that message is indeed true... To God be the glory!

Thank you for sharing that experience :)

I have told this dream/vision before but i will tell it again and then i will tell the second one that i had. I was really sad and I felt alone, I could not help but feel there is no god so i cried out in desperation to god if he was there i needed to know i needed proof. I went to sleep that night worn out from my tears, and suddenly I was in a strange white place. God was beside me and with out even looking i knew i was standing right next to him and i could tell he had no physical body only as a spirit at the time i had no clue that the reason god can be everywhere is because he has no physical body so i expected to see a physical body. But he was showing me his plan for the universe The strange thing is he told me what it was without saying anything like i just knew what it was. it was the most beautiful thing i have ever seen it was like a giant river of colors in a way no human could ever imagine. I thanked him over and over again for showing me this as i was crying. being in his presence is more amazing than having all the riches in the world and he was kind enough to show me his plan. i will never forget it but i ask god sometimes how do i fit in his plan?

I have had a number of dreams.

One which really amazed me a few years ago was this. I dreamt that I was sat up in bed reading a book, but when you opened this book up it did not just have
two pages, it had three pages.

As I looked at the three pages in front of me, on each page was a picture of a person showng just the head and the shoulders. Under each of the three pictures was a description of each person. As I looked at these pictures in the dream, I realised I was looking at pictures of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Then in the dream i suddenly realised that while I knew the Father and the Son, I did not know the Holy Spirit, then I woke up!

Oh wow I was so desperate to go back to sleep again and return to the dream so I could look at this book again, but of course I couldnt.

If you were to ask me what they looked like or what the description of each said, I could not tell you as when I woke up I was just left with the impression and knowledge that the pictures were of the trinity, but not of what they looked like etc. Which is just as well really.

But it made me realise just how important it is to get the balance right, some people neglect the Holy Spirit, some put all the emphasise on Jesus etc, but we need to fully know and appreciate all of the attributes of our wonderful God.

I don't know why, but in a lot of my dreams I'm at my parents house. I haven't lived there in over 25 yrs. In one dream I was looking out of the large window of the front room it was daytime but it was gloomy outside. I saw a mass of water similiar to the ocean that covered the houses and cars. And there were helicopters falling from the sky and crashing into the water.

I do believe he has given me a prophetic gift, I just need to follow God better and learn how to use it, He has given me visions of things that happened a short time later, not only to myself but to others, I feel 100 percent this is from God, I have no control over it, when God wants me to see something I see it, I believe this is something that he wants used in his work and that eventually he will reveal the reason for it,

I have to admit to being a tremendous skeptic of dreams being of any valid form of leading from God, Satan sure, but God?
Visions are harder. I have had three, all basically the same - a female I do not know, in different situations, and there is an accompanying sense of tremendous joy within me, attached to "seeing" her. Nope, not going to even guess at this one. I might not like the answer.

And yet, what if she has crossed my online path? What if I found myself sensing that this person thinks they are a Christian but has mightily misled herself or was by others. What if she actually was the one whom injured my friend emotionally a few weeks ago? What if..... Well, I think on this as I have been driving cross country to my next job. Much to pray over.

Hi I would not call myself an interpretor of dreams - But I have had a number of dreams over the years which I consider to be Godly dreams.

For me personally they are not like normal dreams and are usually very symbolic. For example i see pictures, words, objects etc. At times I have seen pieces of paper with words appear on them. I often have the same dream three nights in a row, or the same dream three times the same night but set out in different ways. Once I had a dream in three parts with each part following on one after the other with me waking up in between each section.

One thing I would say is that I always go the to Bible, God will never give a dream which contradicts his word.

I also find it useful to write all my dreams down, sometimes a dream can be given, but the interpretation comes much later when you are ready to receive it or when the time is right.

Also I do share my dreams with close friends for the purposes of accountabiliy.

I had a rather complicated dream once and I really stuggled to understand it. I prayed for understanding and for God to show me, in the same way he showed Joseph. Later on I was listening to a tape recording of the bible and smack bang in the middle of the recording was the interpretation.

I had the following dream in Nov 2011:-

I was stood outside a house and a neighbour’s dog came over, it was a big thing with a bull terrier type of head. It came silently up to me and lurched forward to bite me. I did not move or feel scared. As it tried to bite me, there was a loud crack and its one and only tooth (canine tooth at the front) broke off and dropped out, leaving the dog with a bleeding gum, it then went all meek and mild and looked to be in pain. Although it had tried to bite me I was not scared of it.

Sunday 27th Nov 2011 - This really happened a couple of weeks later I was on my way to the bus stop going to church and noticed this large Japanese akita dog running lose! There was no one else around. It was running silently back and forth across the road and looked really scary and aggressive. At one point it ran across to my side of the road and stood between me and the bus stop.

I remembered the dream about the dog and started praying that it could not harm me! Then I casually started to walk over the road to put the road between me and this dog. Anyway I got almost across the road when out of the corner of my eye, I noticed it start to run towards me at full speed! I tried to ignore it and really started praying that it was powerless to harm me. Then I felt it's noise bump against the back of my leg, but then it just ran off immediately into the distance across some fields.
I really think that if I had not been so calm it would have bitten me because of the excited aggressive manner in which it was running around.
Thank God for Godly dreams and his protection!

Hey Miri I was told once that when you dream about agressive dogs, especially dogs that are trying to attack or bite you it is a warning. There are many negative references about dogs in the bible ( sorry dog lovers ) . I was told that when I dream about viscous dogs that there is a person in my life or trying to come into my life that I need to beware of. I dreamed about dogs a lot when I first surrenered to Christ. Some people had come into my life under false pretenses and put me into dangerous situations. During that time my dreams of dogs got worse. When I stopped associating with those people the dreams stopped. Its funny though, those people wouldn't go away easily I really had to pray those situations away. Even when I run across those people now they try to ease back into my life. Today I'm careful of who I associate with. I know what to look for now.

I once had a dream that felt so real I put it in the same shelf in my brain as other memories. This dream was real, I mean it had to have happened! I was riding my bike on a little pathway that traverses parallel to a ravine in my hometown. It was nearing dusk and I knew that if i did not make it home before the sun sets that I would be in trouble. At this age being in 'trouble' was the thing a child fears most, you don't think about it logically, all you know is that you cannot get home after dusk or else.

About 200 yards from the end of the ravine there is a set of stairs which have a 90 turn in them OR there is a very steep and rocky hill, which if you were a skilled enough biker, would give you a speed boost and would act as a shortcut, giving me that much needed time to get home.

Of course I went for the hill.

I fell. Hard. There was a rock that hit my wheel at just the wrong angle and I felt that moment that most of us have felt, but only for a few fleeting moments in our life. Fear and peace mixed into one feeling, right before you hit the ground you feel calm and awaiting the inevitable impact. Except this time was different. I didnt hit the ground and I felt no pain. I felt like I was flying, and there was nothing else in the world. Just me and weightlessness.

This feeling ladies and gentlemen, I believe was Him. Complete livid serenity. It happened to me, even though shortly after I awoke in my bed and it was clear to me it was a dream. Except the feeling remained, and that feeling - the feeling of God, was the truly important part of the story. The feeling which from time to time helps me escape and transcend time when I am in need.
