Many people deal with what I deal with. :))) We can relate. just let be JESUS EVERYTHING and your nothing. Bad thoughts come i am nothing JESUS YOU take over. I know You got this you already did it thank you Jesus all glory goes to YOU. bE ENCOURAGED JESUS IS WITH YOU HE CARES FOR YOU AND LOVESSSSSSSS YOUUU. Just pray I can fully be rejoicing in this battle.

Glad to hear that Jesus is helping you. Just don't be afraid of bad thoughts. Accept them and allow them to be there. This is different from dwelling on them; I would not suggest that. I have a little OCD myself. Was mostly religious at first, then swiched to mostly checking. I have asked God to forgive me for thoughts before that I didn't want snd it was a waste of time. Trust that God knows your heart. God is a loving Father who care about you and doesn't want you beating yourself over the head because you are having bad thoughts. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1
