Christian Nurses poisoned to Punish drinking tea during Muslims Ramadan in Pakistan

Karachi: July 30, 2012. Christian staff nurses of Civil Hospital Karachi were poisoned as punishment to drink tea in their Hostel rooms during Holy Month of Ramadan being observed these days by Muslim majority community of Pakistan.

Among Eleven (11) poisoned Christian nurses (3) were rushed to Intensive Care Unit ICU of Civil Hospital Karachi were remaining (8) are being treated in emergency ward.

Civil Hospital Karachi is under ministry of health of Sindh government where Christian medico staff was in majority till 1985.

Staff Nurses Rita, Anila and Rafia were in serious condition in ICU ward of CHK while staff nurse Rita was later transferred on life saving equipment.

There are reports that FIR have been registered against unknown person on poisoning Christian nurses in Aram Bagh Police Station of Karachi and non was arrested so far.

According to Ramadan Ordinance of Provincial Sindh Government, to eat in Public places is prohibited and restaurants and vendors will remain closed during timing of Ramadan.

The Ramadan Ordinance is not imposed on Five Star Hotels in Sindh Province and allows minority community individuals to take meals in indoor facilities.

After independence of Pakistan in 1947, all restaurants have to put curtain on their doors where Muslim and other religious communities were free to dine and smoke during Holy Month of Ramadan but laws of total ban or closure were made after Islamization of Pakistan during Zia-ul-Haq rule.

The poisoning incident of 11 Christian nurses have spread wave of fear among religious minorities of Pakistan and rising extremism in society.

So much goes on all over the world, atrocious, unimaginable, and, in many cases nearly unbearable stuff. Ahhhh, godd news, my Christ peeps.

Praying for them in Jesus Christ is Lord.
Praing also for those not yet saved there, that they will be forgiven and recieve all salvation in Jesus Christ is Lord.

God help those who witness in your sons Jesus precious name
May the Holy Spirit be sent to them and comfort them and
set them ablaze with your Holy fire.
Protect and guide the Christians of Pakistan
We also pray for those who don't know you,
we ask for mercy on their souls, and may they
hearthe Gospel and repent of their sins and turn from their ways.

18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
 
Praying that all of these nurses will be healed and have no after-affects of this poison. May Christ make Himself known to those responsible and begin a saving work in their lives.

yes, here in ksa we also experience a lot of injustices but thanks be to God, He is exposing those who are lying... extend your hands Lord to protect the nurses in pakistan, heal them, show them that You are the true God, so the enemies will be shamed...in Jesus name..amen.
 
Thanks for praying everyone however a sad new is this that 4 out of 11 nurses are passed away :( please pray for there families for the peace in their life...
 
Christianity is the single most persecuted faith worldwide. To my mind, this lends to its veracity. (as if it needs more credence than the Word gives it!)

I'll pray for these families, and for the ones poisoned who remain on earth.
May the Lord show mercy in His own perfect way.

MAY GOD BE WTH THEM ALL I LIFT MY PRAYERS TO GOD THAT THEY HEAL JESUS IS THE GREAT HEALER MY HEART GOES OUT TO THEM ALL THE FAMLIES WHO LOST LOVED ONES MAY GOD COMFORT THEM ALL IN THERE TIME OF SORROW BRING PEACE N LOVE TO ALL I WILL CONTINUE TO PRAY ITS SO SAD TO HEAR THAT SO MANY CHRISTIANS ARE BEING PERSCUTED FOR LOVING JESUS THEY ARE ALL IN MY PRAYERS

Guys thanks for your prayers and i want you to pray for the crusade that we are having on 11th August 2012 here in City, Lahore that God Shows His presence there and heal the sick and change the life's of the people.... God Bless You all
