I am feeling very conflicted, and defeated. I recently injured my hand at work, and have been on pain meds, which turned into an addiction. I feel like giving up, but I know I can't. My son needs me, but im beginning to become so self centerred. I want it all to stop
 
Father thank you for restoring to him the joy of your salvation, and renewing his heart for you,

Praying for you and your son, Jesus is right there where you are now standing, so be encourage that He is able, faithful and full of love for you and your son.... PRAISE HIM, PRAISE HIM, PRAISE HIM
 
Father surround herrington with the love and support he needs,
give him wisdom, and insight in how to help himself.
Replace his need for drugs...with your uplifting spirit.
Lord work in each heart of this family as needed.

I'm getting off pain meds, too. Physically (though not psychogically, thank You, Lord!) addicted. It's tough!
I partner with you in prayer for the Lord's strength.
So He may be glorified in us!

Praying for you to have the strength and determination to toss those pain killers :)

They can really affect your mental state. Also praying that your hand is completely healed.
 
Ps 118:14 "The LORD [is] my strength and song, and is become my salvation. Praying for you still
