I will pray for you daily. Have more faith in God. He still loves you. Nothing can separate you from the love of God. God will forgive you. Just ask for forgiveness. Stop talking negative about yourself. You can do this. What is impossible for man; It is possible with God.
Negative self talk can lead to low self esteem, create a myriad of health problems brought on by needless anxiety and stress and also will result in causing us to under achieve in life. You have to start by being aware of the wrong thoughts and making the choice to change things. Once you make the choice you can start changing your life for the better.
Did you know the Bible encourages us to speak to ourselves?
Ephesians 5:19
Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.
Sing and make melody in your heart to the Lord. None of us can escape the day to day grind of life but all of us can change our attitude to life while doing so. For example when washing the dishes at night we can complain how the kids used every bit of cutlery in the drawer and how much time it takes and so on or we can sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs while doing it. It doesn't matter what it is we can make melody in our hearts to the Lord. Which was the more positive?
As you can see from the above mundane example changing to be more positive doesn't have to be hard work. Read more of the Bible and take on board the wonderful things it says about you. You are not hopeless or stupid or useless. You are victorious in Christ. You are a son or daughter of the living God. You are more than a conqueror. You are the beloved of God.
