I am having a bad day as a dear friend of mine who has been battling bone cancer has been diagnosed with carcinomatous meningitis which is a secondary cancer in the fluid between the brain and the skull...prognosis is not good and the symptoms to come are horrendous and regardless of any disagreements that I have had with anyone over the scriptures I ask that you pray for this man and his family as he is a decent dude and has been a friend for 35 years now and this really sucks!

My very dearest friend....I am so sorry to hear about your loss.

The love that the Lord has for His children is beyond any love we will feel here on earth. To be so close to the Lord is something that truly makes my heart sing for joy. I am sorry about your loss, but I know that Andy will be so happy in the arms of Jesus Christ who loves him so much. What an amazing life he must have had here on earth, but his time now has only just begun.

I have read and followed this prayer for 2 weeks,
Im sorry for your loss d amigo but happy that your friend went in peace.
That was a bit of comfort to me.
Its good that we can all come together in prayer and reunite and bury past diffrences and have peace as well, I'm sure the people who are about to lose there life's would want you all to have peace, I bet that would be most brave soldiers request women or men, soldiers in Christ all who are about to and I know that would be my request.
Mine would be carry on stand tall make your peace forget about past little sqaubbles lifes needs to be enjoyed and people need love be a light be clean be true and be brave amen.
Sometimes tho i wonder if just being sinlent is the best way with good intensions of cours likeca peacful silence but a silience where your a witness to everything and everyone, no harm or less harm can happen that way, a
 
Eh amigo for the end, its easy to just needs positive thought and if ya always keep on the watch your bravery will get braver, and lonely times will get less lonely have a blessed day and week chow chow

Appreciate it for sure....just got back from the (viewing) and funeral...had about 300 people and was sad, but not like someone who would be lost for sure....Andy wen peacefully for sure....!
 
Seen this thread too late by an accidental keyword search. :(
But praying for peace over his family and friends and that God comforts their missing of him.
The way in which he left seems to me like he made it into Heaven.
