You are in a bad situation. First let me say I put you on my prayer list. If you can take gravol to stop any nausea it might not tear more as your body won't be straining to gag. I hope you can find a good doctor in your area who can fix this for you. If all else fails you can rest in the knowledge that Jesus has a plan for your whole life. If He means to bring you home early, then what a blessing. However scary the situation always remember what Corry TenBoom once said "There is no pit so deep that He is not deeper still." Stay strong.
