I'm just asking for prayers to be motivated to get my life started again.

I think I'm ready to get back to work after my heart is done healing from the procedure.

I don't really have anyone in my life holding me accountable or pushing me to better my life.

I feel extremely stuck and it's been like this for years, after I left my job to get on disability.

Since then, I have created over 80 songs using GarageBand, over 20 songs using Logic Pro and over 2000 songs using Suno but it's really obvious that God does not care about any of the music I create, because I barely earn any money from it. I think this past year I earned a total of $120 from my music.

I'd go to God about this but he hasn't answered a prayer in such a long time, that I'm starting to believe that maybe he doesn't trust me with money, at least right now.

Maybe you should stop seeking out what to do with yourself, and rest, faithfully waiting for God to give you what to do.

I just feel like I've rested for too long but maybe you're right. I still got less than 3 months for my heart to recover from a procedure I got done on it, on Tuesday.

So obviously I'm being impatient.

It's just hard to see the future when it seems like everyone close to me have checked out.

The future isn't in this world, Sean.

I'm not sure what that is supposed to mean.

Do we not do anything because we have grace? I'm pretty sure we do something.
One day you will not only never have a disability again, but you'll have all the prosperity you could ever want, and won't remember this life. As long as you share that cold cup of water, you've made your lot secure.

That was beautiful Ceph

Thanks for sharing, Brasspen. I agree, I just wish I had more freedom.
I've been worrying about my own freedom too,
But I'm learning that you can't both patiently wait for Gods guidance, and anxiously worry about what you're going to do next.

Don't fret over oppertunities you weren't given to fulfill, or presume the final door is closed while you're still living.
Just let yourself rest and fallow, like the soil of a farmland after being heavily worked, so that it may become rich enough to nourish new growth.

I really like what you to say, Ceph. You seem like you really care.

I've been there before and I was there for a majority of my life. I'll save you the long story, but I gave up for about 5 years, and then one day, the light turned on, and I faintly saw the future that will soon be my career (God willing).

I feel like what happened to me was rather unusual, but I believe God honored a desire in me to serve Him. What Ceph said here was the past 20 years of my life summed up. I never would have imagined I would be where I'm at now.

I have nothing more to add but I will include you in my evening prayers for both this and a safe recovery.

Are you still taking a special trip soon to meet up with CarriePie?

Do you know where you are going to reside?

I think you have mentioned that you want to get away from CA?

The reason I bring that all up is that sometimes we are trying so hard to make things work out where we currently are (where we live, what we do, etc) and that might not necessarily be be where/what God has/wants for us.

I think I'm ready to get back to work after my heart is done healing from the procedure.
How is that going?

I'm just asking for prayers to be motivated to get my life started again.

🙏 you are certainly in my prayers.

Always keep striving in prayer to be delivered from your inward evils, knowing that God is infinitely understanding.
You may not see results immediately, but you will certainly improve, and the Lord commends you for seeking Him.
There's no sin in those who confess their sins before Him.

I don’t know if it would be appropriate for me to answer those questions on a public forum.

Carrie values privacy, so I don’t plan on speaking on behalf of her and my relationship, out of respect for her.

Thanks for the prayers though
