please pray for those who are library monitors and have their library badges having to manage without their head librarian, may they be encouraged and know what to do while the head librarian looks for the one who went astray...

Please pray as I have a month notice to set up for the next person and I dont want them to have to go through what I had to go through...
 
Dear Father I need to keep going even though I am banned from the library and the principal is now controlling everyone and everything and appropriating the library budget for her own ends...this also happened at the other school and when I stood up to them they cut me. The children are suffering the most and their reading is compromised when they arent allowed to have the library as their safe reading space.
 
please pray for the enemy surely there was showdown at one stage and the children all know what happened

I just dont understand the tyranny principals can exert over schools and why they seem to hate librarians so much
 
well, what can I say, jealousy rears its ugly head in Principals.

Pray that she will realise her mistake. Librarians are not the hired help. We are the help. We help even when we arent paid to do it.
 
I found out the founder of the school was convicted for stealing $2 million dollars in donations, and the Principals are embezzling money from the school budgets.
The school building has never been repaired properly to make it fit for use, and is leaky, but nobody is doing a thing about it. Meanwhile the students are suffering and their parents, who are paying good money for their children to go to this school, are being ripped off. Its a for-profit scam...and no new books for the library are being bought, cos the Principal is keeping the library budget money for HERSELF.

Hes not saved...he will perish in his sins, the founder faced a seven year jail sentence but cos he could afford a rich lawyer he just got 12 months home detention and the school never saw the $2 million he embezzled, he robbed the students and children of resources

The principal still names the houses after him and boasted in a staff meeting he bought the cheap copiers saving $10,000 but those copiers were so unreliable you could never tell on any given day that they would work especially when students needed to print their assignments (and only one for the students use in the entire school). Where did that $10,000 he supposedly saved go?

Then the primary princpal appropriated the library budget I was given and earmarked it to pay for the staff. laminating and would not allow me to buy any books. The students are losing out on $3000 worth of books because SHE is controlling the budget. And there was the no money left for library resources plus she also was using the money to spend on her own theatre performance book thing (about $800) while I was given nothing for book week. I couldnt even buy a tape dispenser or a barcode scanner without her permission. Tools that were needed to do my job.

at this school parents were paying 20k a year in fees not including uniform, or lunches. They had the same class sizes as a public school has (ie overcrowded) .The only difference was they could sit international cambridge exams from year 5 and up.

Does cambridge University need the money?
 
The less they spend on students, the more profit this school makes, and the management all have late model cars, designer clothing and boast about their lifestyle block holiday homes they fix up on the weekends.

Tell me, is this school a good school? The children often dont have a choice its the school their parents pay through the nose for. Some work several jobs to afford the fees or they are not even in the country they just send money.
 
The new preschool looks like a flash building but the new preschool manager despaired because when she started there were hardly any books anywhere. I gave her a whole lot from the library, though that collection got neglected because the previous librarian had to be attendance officer as well and had to take the rolls everyday...large numbers proved that the school was making money. For the management sure.

It never got spent on the children

Fear not , for one door closes one will open, he is our redeemer. our rock, trust in the lord thy God , he's always makes a way, ask and you will receive, in the name of Jesus,

Lord may you exposes these evil, false teachers for what they are and protect the children from them, you suffer the little children and forbid them not into your kingdom, but those who offend the little ones you tie a millstone round their necks and cast them into the bottom of the sea

I ask for a complete deliverance to keep them from the evil and temptations and may the enemys wiles collapse like a house of cards built on sand.

May your holy spirit rush through the upper rooms and pour down on those who hunger and thirst for your righteousness. Your Word is there in the Bible which belongs to the library may those who seek you, find you. Equip the angels and heavenly host to deal with what is going on in this school so many souls are at stake.
 
Lord my official last day is meant to be tomorrow I will drop your prizes in and everything just so I never have to go back again cos nobody will do it except for me and well I got other things to do now at other schools I just wish things werent so hard, Im sure all the good teachers dont appreciate being dumped on by their principals either and not having a librarian or a full staffed and stocked library
 
thanks for prayers can you, just keep praying Im very tired at the moment I know all the children want to be librarians when they grow up but honestly its the hardest job of all when youve got awful management to deal with.
 
I pray that schools, colleges, universities, governments, companies, banks and everyone, will all remove all "woke" anti-christian behavior and actions and items and books and persons from all areas of power to do any harmful agenda pushing or indoctrination of people. I pray that we will not have to suffer the "woke" lunacy anymore and that schools will return to and become Christian again, and be made Christian if not before. I pray we will all have the resources and support and funds and guidance and insight and wisdom and courage to do what needs to be done and that we will do it instantly without delay in order to Glorfy God and Jesus. I pray these things in Jesus name, amen.

its not woke
this is the library, its actually nothing to do with woke whatever that is. Im sorry but thats really nothing to do with the situation in schools. I think people like to assume that it is, but its not.

Its more, the drive for technology and narcissistic principals who love money above all else are pushing children away from books and real learning.

But thankfully I did manage to get some Bibles into that school.
 
Unfortunately there is a lot of racism still in schools though and its never entirely 'black or white' as seems to be the case in the US.

Christians are not all 'white' thats a stereotype that is totally untrue. Yes believers will be wearing white robes in heaven but that does not mean in terms of skin colour or anything. so the whole woke kkk thing is actually not the issue.

Of it is I could make a case about racism or bullying but its not. Its about the money. Just like the Pharisees persecuted Jesus in his day.

It was never oh the Samaritans dont belong. We know Jesus told the parable about the good samaritan to know he accepted all tribes and races who demonstrated compassion to their neighbours. Compassion surely lacking in those who had power.

another teacher it seems has left as they are advertising for another to start in september which is not the norm for schools. There is definitely a power play going on between those three principals there. May Gods angels win out and Gods kingdom (the library) not be forbidden for the children, the parents will realise and set them free from the principals shackles. May HR also realise this and be convicted.
If they cannot receive our christian witness may believers shake the dust off their feet and move on

May they all know the truth and the truth will set them free in Jesus name amen
