Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
I would be grateful for your prayers regarding a difficult work situation that I have been enduring for several years.
A few years ago, after my mother passed away, my boss pressured me to sell the house she left behind. While he saw it as an opportunity to make a profit, the house holds deep sentimental value for me as one of the precious memories of my mother.
Earlier this year, my father purchased some gold as a gift to honor my boss. However, instead of accepting it graciously, my boss accused us of not spending any money on it and suggested that we had obtained it for free. More recently, he falsely accused my father of being a gambler, even though my father has never entered a casino. At the same time, my boss has pressured me to enter casinos despite my Christian convictions.
For the past six years, I have also endured repeated insults and hurtful remarks directed toward my parents and my family. These experiences have been emotionally painful and have left me feeling discouraged.
Please pray that God will give me wisdom, strength, peace, and discernment as I deal with these challenges. Pray that I will respond with grace and integrity while standing firm in my faith and convictions. Please also pray for protection and blessing over my family, healing from the hurt we have experienced, and guidance regarding my work situation and future.
I also ask for prayer that God would work in my boss's heart, leading him toward truth, kindness, and repentance.
