I need help quitting a particular habit. It's not that big of a deal, but I want to be physically healthier and to be completely clean of it. I am also asking for total healing from something going on in my body. Thank you for your prayers!!!

Father I know you care for OTnisRock affectionately and carefully, take away all her anxieties, worries and concerns.
What ever that is causing this habit Lord, remove it and replace it with something positive.

I think of you, my sister, as I attempt to completely cut ALL sugar from my diet. ( !! )

I pray Lord that you will be with this lady as she attempts to remove the unhealthy things from her physical body. Please lead her guide her and give her strength in her times of temptation. I also pray that you would remove any thing that may be harmful to her body and bless her spirtually as well. I ask this all in the most precious name of Jesus. Amen.
