Prayers for a light at the end of this tunnel

I wasn't going to post this here but I'm reaching out and trying every avenue. I've been praying for weeks now that my new job picks up and I bring in the income I need. So far that hasn't happened.

Well, this morning I spoke with the apartment manager and was told they are starting the eviction process if I don't get caught up on the rent within the next week. I don't have anyone I can borrow from. I offered them a small payment, about 1/2 a month, but they want it all caught up, now. I've asked God for His word or sign as to what to do, where to go, but nothing I can be sure of yet. This morning, on the way to my first client I prayed;

"God, Your will be done, not mine. If You will have me move I know that you will give me a way to move. I don't know how I will do that but I know You do and You will give me that wisdom and ability. Please, God, let me know what to do and how to do it. I'm so lost and so confused. I'm working so hard and trying and staying in faith that You are my Protector, my Helper, my Rock. It is on You that I lean. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen".

Prayers would be greatly appreciated. I'm so out of options on my own, I know God has to come through for my son and myself, and I will continue to seek His guidance and will.

Praises to God. Yesterday I had 2 sales and the same today, 2 sales! Small ones, to be sure, but a sale is a sale and I'm so very grateful. (won't get paid on these for 2 weeks but at least I know it's coming) Thank you, God my Lord.
 
Psalms 115:13-15 He will bless them that fear the Lord; both small and great. (14) The Lord shall increase you more, you AND your children. (15) Ye are blessed of the Lord which made heaven and earth.

Father, we thank you for your mercy and goodness. We offer praise to You for all the times You have come thru for us. I pray this blessing over your daughter Nancyer and her son, that You cause people to see her with favor and her sales will dramatically increase. We thank You that You are concerned and involved in every area of our lives. Bless your daughter Nancy and her son, in the name of Jesus. Amen

Nancy, God's blessings on you and your son. Praise the Lord for the new sales you have had.I'm so sorry for your stress, I can relate. I know there can be so many tests to our faith. If we don't have tests and have to look to God to provide, will we know and see the blessings He has already given us? Our faith grows when we are tested and have to look to Him. Every single day I say what can be His plan, but i never doubt He has one. My church, which happens to be big, has funds set aside for just this problem. Is there a church you can go to that is able to help? Your faith in God as you deal with this warms my heart. May God provide you with the income you need. May God lift up you and your son and keep you strong.May God provide the people around you to pray, love and support you. May God provide a church with an open heart to reach out and help your family. May God relieve you of your stress and worry, and grant you peace as only He can. I ask these things in the name of He who so loved us, He was willing to suffer so greatly, our savior Jesus Amen
 
Praise God! His family is so magnificent. I am ever so grateful for the prayers and concerns. I know they will go straight to God Himself and the blessings are on their way. I believe that in my heart. Thank you, everyone. My prayers to all of you, as well.

Remeber, in the world we may not always see the light at the end of some tunnels, we take comfort in knowing that the light of Jesus always shines brightly within our hearts. :)

I am not saying this is your situation...but sometimes we can keep struggling in one direction, when it is not the way God wants us to go. God does not want us in debt, not having sufficient for our needs. So we often keep doing a job that just does not work out, hoping God will make things work. Maybe, you are being asked to take a different direction...to work in another area, one that does provide for you both. This came to me as I was praying for you. Sometimes, we think 'oh, no, that's not possible, it's too difficult, i have no choice' but in fact, when we align ourselves and step out it all falls into place and our struggles cease.

Sister, I pray that you will hear clearly from Him, be comforted by His closeness. That you will have peace, see your way ahead and He will provide for you, in all things. Abundantly. God Bless you in your faithfulness. <><

I have been looking for a different job, more consistent, hourly or salary type pay, and I keep asking my Lord which way He is trying to send me and I haven't seen or felt or heard any kind of direction from Him.

Dear Father, please help me to know the path I should be on and the best way to get there from here. I know Your ways are not my ways and that your timing is perfect so I wait to hear and I ask for Your directions. I praise Your glorious name and I thank You for all You have given me already. Please help me to know what to do and how to do it and how to show the world it is ALL FROM YOU!

I know we all pray here for the road to be cleared for you :) that the mountains will be flattened and the valleys fall!! and that the most amazing job will come. One that you will love, that will use your gifts, give you pleasure and joy and that will provide abundantly for you and your boy! I pray these things sincerely in faith for you sister, I ask the Lord to honour your faithfulness. It is hard to wait on Him...but, i do not speak empty words, the words are from Him and you know Him, trust Him and He knows you...loves you. We all pray for you precious sister and await the news :)

Dearest hattiebod, how wonderful your words sound! I thank you so much. I continue to pray and dive into His Word everyday. The blessings will come in some form or another. It is His will I want, not my own, so whatever road that takes me on I am ready. I keep God in my heart always and give prayers of thanks for all who are praying on my humble behalf.

you can go to the dept of human services for assistance or call 211 for united way information and referral to resource assistance. i will pray for you and your child

Also adding my prayers for you Nancyer during this tough time, and that you will continue to smile, trust Jesus, and keep knocking on doors and moving forward until the right doors open. Remember when things look bleak to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not into your own understanding. With Christ all things are possible. God bless you.
