I have a situation at work that will not quit. I am being treated poorly by my coworkers. I do not know what the solution is. I want to quit.

I have spoken to my supervisor about problems I am having. Nothing changes for more than a few days at a time. I am miserable there.

I have considered changing shifts, but I am fairly certain that will not change things. I have asked my supervisor if there is a position I could transfer to where he believed I would be taught properly and have a chance to do better. He did not answer.

I have not been to work since Friday when I left due to intimidation of me by coworkers. This happens all the time. It has been going on for over a year. I am at the end of my rope.

Do I send a letter of resignation attached to an email? What do I do? Please help. Any suggestions will be considered.

All I can do is pray,
I don't know the situation but God does. -

'Work conditions Lord.
You know better than any of us how hard they can be.
You came to this fallen place and worked amongst the demons
for 33 1/2 years. You know how hard it is.
I pray that you will alleviate this situation for John. - One way or the other Lord!
He has the faith to follow.
Thank You that Your Grace is sufficient.
And more than that thank You that You are able to move mountains.
The things we consider hard are but sand to You.
I thank You that you have considered my brother worthy to be put in this position,
to have his faith tried like this. - What an honor to have your faith tried for the glory of
the one true God! ---- Is it any wonder that satan reviles at us so?
I just know You are going to work it out Jesus, You have not brought him this far to fail on his account.
In the midst of adversity Your power shines through!
...........he will stand and behold Your Glory; as You roll the seas back.
Thank You Jesus......'

I have talked with an attorney and now know the best way to handle this. I pray all continues to work. Praise God. Thank you.
 
Anytime, we're part of the same body, ........when you hurt, I feel it.(Through the benevolent Spirit of Grace, isn't God terrific!)
 
Now at the age of 63, I've felt the same way at times, my brother, during my career. While we find it hard at the time and do not quite understand, it is almost always the Heavenly Father leading us on to a new and much more exciting opportunity to serve Him. When you hurt and can't go on as things are, God is trying to gently nudge us to simply move on rather than stay in the midst of unhappiness. I immediately posted my qualifications on the internet job sites, and within a day or so had plenty of people reaching out to me. Within a few days or weeks later, I was on to a new, fresh start. God wants us to be happy. We merely need to trust in Him and take the first steps. He does all the rest ... trust me (Him)!
 
Praying for you in Jesus for all you ask and need.

One scripture that always helps me in difficult situations.. do all things as unto the Lord!
For when we do all things unto the Lord, the actions of others have no power over us, for all belongs to Jesus. :)

I have prayed in the past for God to make me everyones favorite person to work with.
Those very words where repeated back to me by the co-worker who I had the most trouble with.
God can turn things around for you too!

These verses are my prayer for you!
Ask God for wisdom and claim them for yourself too!
