I need prayers today. I have been feeling gloomy & sad today. Not sure why, when the past few days I have been happy. Even my sister noticed I was unusually qjiet. I tried to read my daily devotionals, watch preaching on TV but I still feel a heaviness & sadness in my heart. I'm ashamed to say it but I even got upset when my sister asked if I could watch her daughter while she went to work. I just wanted to be alone, but I said yes anyway. I was hoping this feeling would go away, but it hasn't. Thank you for all prayers.
 
Oh I totally know these days. I have been having one myself today. I lift you up in prayer asking that our Lord restore joy and peace within your heart. I ask on Jesus name amen. When I get like this try to turn to Jesus. I surround myself with his presence be it listening to klove radio station online or reading my bible or just whispering up I trust you Lord. You can also say "I claim the peace of Jesus on Jesus name which I do often. Sorry you are having a bummed out day. I think maybe we are both needing to figure some stuff out and that might be why.
 
Father You know her heart...
speak life, love and wisdom into it.
Give her the Joy that comes from you!

I too am praying for he joy of the Lord to rise up within you and enable you to receive real blessing from Him. Think more about His incredible love for us! Love applied changes everything!
 
I prayed for you! I am feeling the same today because my sister was visiting from Virginia for Christmas and she went back today...I miss her and the family a lot already! So I have been sad and feeling heaviness in my heart since they left. I will pray that God will give us both peace that surpasses all understanding. God bless!

1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me,

Thank you everyone for your continued prayers. I'm doing much better today. My sister had a nice chat before she left for work. I think I may be lonely for xompanionship. Not looking for someone to settle down with, just a fellow Christian whom to text or go to dinner with, since the lawyer says my divorce won't be final for another 2-3 months. I've never been alone in the 15 yrs. of marriage. Again thanks for everyone's prayers.
