Well, i think Christians should desire praying in the spirit and pray often in the spirit.
Question is whats the benfit if praying in the spirit :speaking in tongues.

1) builds your spirit man more. 2) even when you for not know how or what to pray for the spirit intercedes for us with groaning from within Unexplainable presenting our case to the father.
3) sensitivity to the spirit becomes more sharper
Would be nice if christians can share more benefits of praying in the spirit as a christian
 
I do agree with all of the above :) Also i have learned that to pray in the Spirit is to pray with the spirits leading, although some may object i believe this is also a very valuable truth.
