When it comes to the possibility of Gods existence, the Bible says that there are people who have seen sufficient evidence but they have suppressed the truth about God. On the other hand, for those who want to know God, He says, "you will seek me and find me; when you seek me with all your heart, I will be found by you."
Before you look at the facts surrounding God's existence, ask yourself, if God does exist, would I want to know Him?
The Bible teaches us that there are two types of people in this world, those who profess the truth of God's existence and those who suppress the truth of God's existence. The options of "seeking" God, or not believing in God are unavailable. The Bible never attempts to prove the existence of God as it declares that the existence of God is so obvious that we are without excuse for not believing in Him. (Romans 1:18-21)
The Bible itself is proof of God's existence because He used 40 unrelated people over a period of 2000 years to write His unique love letter to us. there is nothing like the Bible because is carries the same consistent message throughout all of its 66 different books. Non-believers can laugh at this idea, but those who have read the scriptures and experienced God through its pages know why its the best-selling and most translated book in all of history.
-Fact: 100 million copes of the Bible are sold every year and as of Nov. 2014 The Bible was fully translated into 531 languages and also The Bible at least some portion of it translated into 2,883 languages. To me personally, that is AMAZING!!
The findings of Noah's Ark and the evidence of the Chariots at the bottom of The Red Sea is not just a coincidence. I believe it to be God's way of letting people know that He is real and His word is just as real.
See, we are all responsible for our own choices. And, as Adam & Eve found out, the consequences of bad choices can hurt. But, because God loves us he forgives, again and again. We can be forgiven for making a bad choice, but that choice still has its consequences. the choices we make each day are the foundation we lay for our future. Our future here on earth and after we die.
If God were to make himself known to the world then we wouldn't really need faith, nor would we in some sense have a choice. If God made himself known to the entire would people would be foolish NOT to follow him, to not trust him and what the Bible says, so therefore it takes away mans free will and their choice to trust and follow God on their own.
Just knowing God exist isn't enough. Having faith in Him, loving Him, accepting His love for you - that's what makes the difference.
Everyone has faith in whatever belief they choose. Even Atheist have faith. Faith that all the proof they have been given is trust. Same with all other religions & belief systems. Just how I have faith that the Bible is true.
Trying to prove that God exist to a non-believer is like trying to prove to an adult that the tooth fairy is real, that Santa still comes down the chimney and that the Easter bunny actually lays the most beautiful colored eggs! But as children we had faith and hope that these things were true, we believed that these people really existed. God ask us to have childlike faith with Him!! to take the faith we had as children, now as adults, and just have faith that He does exist!
Honestly proving Gods existence is tough, because God will only make himself known to those who honestly and full heartedly seek Him. No matter how much evidence people provide that God does exist, it will never be enough for the heart that truly does not want to believe or know the truth. I can give you all the proof you need however it will never be enough, it will never fulfill the emptiness you feel, why? Because the best proof is self proof. It is better to see and feel the proof for yourself which is why, when you become a believer God will show you all the proof you will need.
1 Peter 1:8-9; though you have not seen Him you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in Him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your soul.
