Proof that Donald Trump is trying to undermine the Democratic party.

Still digesting this NYC Mayoral Debate, seriously if you guys haven't watched this you should, even the full debate is worth it. They straight up ran the whole gamut in it, every scandal, every hot button issue got thrown into the mix, I've never seen a debate get this muddy. This tells you a lot about the direction of the democrat party, and keep in mind NY clique and the California clique are the two dominant cliques in the democrat party.

I think it is perfectly reasonable for Latitia and her defense team to claim that this is selective prosecution. However, Latitia's entire career is focused on the selective prosecution of one man. Righteous judgment says "as you have done it will be done to you".
What I don't get is that now that we have two fugitives from the law being housed in her rental properties, why doesn't she come out and use the NY State AG website to proclaim her innocence? This is a bad time for her to go silent. It is an even worse time for NY to have their state AG housing fugitives from the law!

Temu Obama is about to have another bad day and taint all the democrats with him after insulting Karoline Leavitt and calling basically 60% of America nazis while his party is freefalling openly in the eye of the general public and they are definitely getting all the blame for this Shutdown.

I didn't come up with it. Hakeem Jeffries name in the streets also tends to date the sayer. Temu Obama is what Gen Z and Gen Alpha call him, Wal-Mart Obama for Millennials, Dollar Store Obama for Gen X. Overall the pattern is clear it plays on how Hakeem wants to be like Obama, but he's like the cheap knock-off brand from whichever generations' wholesale retailer happens to be. You will find variants of this honorofic title applied to him over a vast swath of people already.

Loser Cuomo slinks over to FOX to try to lick his wounds after Mamdani and Sliwa tag-teamed his career and legacy to the dustbin of history with a guarantee. Okay boomer conservatives I'm going to try to explain this to you as gently as my pugilistic Millennial tongue can, I know you're not going to like this, but trying to keep propping up Cuomo to stop Mamdani is a bad idea. Cuomo got buried, Mamdani won that debate. I see all the conservative analysts are kinda like dumbfoudned why Mamdani's support is going up after this, but it's not that mystifying actually. Mamdani only had two jobs for the debate; 1 stand his ground as a straight up far left radical like his base wants, and 2 just wither away Cuomo, and he did it. Mamdani was skillful too in how he did it, he didn't even rely on the whole nazis and TDS stuff, he was actually more shrewd not to overplay that crap. and instead kept focus just brutally punishing Cuomo at every turn. Cuomo needs to drop out, and Eric Adams does too just for skipping this rockstar debate. Only Sliwa is worthy of debating Mamdani again, but he only earned the right to one more chance to 1 vs 1 Mamdani and it's a very longshot chance for Sliwa to win if we're just real about it.. The political reality though is that especially with a four way race Mamdani is the next mayor guaranteed.

RFK Jr. whom is center-left ideologically even still sits down with Jordan Peterson a Canadian and reminisces about the old democrat party and how he got pushed out of it. Perhaps a hint that RFK Jr., whom is technically an Independent, may try to rejoin the democrat party in a futile attempt to save it from the direction it is going, but we'll see.

Some post-debate talk by Sliwa noticing that Trump has tried to undermine him before. I am actually with Sliwa's POV here in the interview to keep fighting on, shame on FOX for trying to help weak old Cuomo. Sliwa did honestly very good in that debate even if a GOP winning in NY is a longshot he was a dang good debater I would give that to him, definitely makes you want to see him and Mamdani spar a little more. He also addresses pressure from Cuomo for Sliwa to drop out which he immediately rebuffs. The 2nd NYC Mayoral debate and the last one that is officially scheduled is set for October 22nd and is highly anticipated.

Fun little clip of interest for examination of the leftwing. I dare say we even have a little lesson in intersectionality here as LV the podcaster was a former center-leftist in 2016 that turned MAGA for 2024, Jon Stewart whom is a solidly Middle Leftist, not a fan of Trump but not like all the way cuckoo, and then you have Bernie the posterchild far left communist of fame. Jon Stewart tries to convince Bernie the far left to end their shutdown and tries to reason with them and show them why this is like a bad idea even for themselves, but I don't think they are getting it, it goes way over Benie's head in a comically obvious manner. More deeply though this is a good slice of the spectrum of the leftwing really in this video. The far left somehow has hijacked the democrat party but because they are crazy they're taking it for the ride down to Hell, the middle left is kinda exasperated over this and tries with good faith to get the far left to see the obvious truth and reason, and the center-left that went over to Turmp is just more convinced they made the right choice by abandoning these fools and returning to religion and joining the Christians, praise Jesus.

Well here's the big show from last night. I haven't spoiled myself yet so will be watching it slowly here at the start of my day, might start off at a random point, no idea who won or if it got wild like the last one.

Yea, Mamdami is the next mayor of NYC, it was a fairly feisty debate, but not quite as explosive as the first one. Cuomo, though I despise him, he did do much better this time around defending himself, but he still basically got swung on from both sides so I don't think the race will change much in his favor. Mamdani fell apart a bit and got caught slippig alot, but at the same time he still stayed pretty sharp and gave his base what they want. I would say Cuomo might have won this debate cause he was definitely better defending this time around and he laid some pretty serious blows into Mamdani, but not enough that it would sway the vote in his favor even if Sliwa dropped out to try to help him I think Mamdani would still defeat him by a large slide. We'll find out pretty soon the NYC Mayoral election will be in roughly two weeks.

Why would Sliwa drop out? He is the republican? You have two democrats and one republican. If the two democrats split their votes then Sliwa has a real chance to win. It may be that Mamdani or Cuomo, one of those two was encouraged to run by the Republicans. I suspect that Cuomo has been given a promise to revive his career, it is a win/win for him. If he wins, then of course he wins. If Sliwa wins he gets a nice handout from Sliwa's administration in a way to "reach across the aisle". If Cuomo drops out he hands the race to Mamdani. So behind the scenes let the horse trading begin, Mamdani must be trying to offer him something to drop out and Sliwa is offering him something to stay in. However, I suspect there is a split in the Democratic party between the centrist and the extremists. I suspect the centrists do not want Mamdani and would gladly take the risk that Sliwa wins rather than get him. So there is not much that Mamdani can offer Cuomo as it would offend Cuomo's base to hand the election to Mamdani.

Cuomo's camp tried to get Sliwa to drop out because hypothetically that would give him a somwhat fighting chance, but frankly even still he was projected to lose by 5%, a slide still, but it was hoped that Cuomo could make up room then in that 5% by going hard in this debate. Though now that this debate is done it is obvious that though we'll give Cuomo a little credit in that he defended his spot and won't take damage I think from the debate, he didn't KO Mamdani like he hoped and like would be neccessary if Sliwa were to drop out and align with him, at best he bruised Mamdani a little bit, but not enough to make up for catching hands from both Mamdani and Sliwa combined. So Mamdani gonna win that. Don't get me wrong either I really liked Sliwa in both debates, as a debater he was spot on in both debates, but lol he's about hit his cap at 15%, he's not going to win, and even if he did his problem is similar to Mamdani in that they're green and inexperienced and NYC is in a dire situation and they're both kinda idealistic. Cuomo in this 2nd debate actually did go strong on the defense and does show he genuinely does have both the experience and the more executive mindset required, but like Mamadani sealed him with near the end, we all know what the greater details of his experience is, and his reign is still fresh in people's minds. I'd say for Cuomo in this debate, since it might be the last debate of his career he does at least somewhat redeem his legacy with it, but he will lose this race, we understand why some of the hard decisions he made were made and that the world is not perfect and that the role of leadership is often making hard decisions, but at the same time he also massively failed already in a greater office of leadership than the one he is seeking, this referendum on him already was had in the democrat primary where the People rrejected his return and nominated Mamdani already, so yea Mamdani is gonna win, the rest of the democrats the middle left, they're not centrists, the centrists were like Elon Musk and Joe Rogan, they are the middle left, they will fall in line they always do or they'll be pushed out into being independents that fade into obscurity like Cuomo. The democrat party is straight up going far left and the extreme radicals will succeeed in hijacking the democrat party.

That is all performative. Cuomo doesn't want to look like he is running to keep Mamdani from being elected so of course "his camp tries to get Sliwa to drop out" and in the debate "Sliwa attacks Cuomo". It would destroy both of them for people to realize that they are working together. But instead of looking at this as democrat vs Republican look at it as two capitalists vs a Communist.

Well Cuomo is running to try to re-enter politics that was obvious when he ran in the democrat primary, and they rejected him pretty soundly and nominated Mamdani instead. Cuomo then dropped out of the democrat party, an old time esttablisment democrat from an elite democrat family, in order to run again against Mamdani. It is personal with him and ties into his ego and his family legacy. For Sliwa as he even points out in the debate he does not like Cuomo either, he won't drop out just because he personally does not like Cuomo and thinks of him as one of the worst Governors in NY history which is not actually far from the truth. So it is that Mamdani will win with them divided on eachother, but even if we entertain the hypothetical of one dropping out and outright endorsing the other or making some sort of 11th hour alliance, Mamdani still will win, especially after this debate where one or the other had to really lay a finisher move on him, but both failed to do so. Don't get me wrong either Mamdani wasn't so perfect in this debate and they did land some blows, Mamdani did get staggered and stumbled a bit more in this debate, but it wouldn't be enough to move the needle enough when he already has a pretty commanding lead in the polls.
