From the Declaration of Independence (in part with legitimate commentary):

"Prudence, will dictate that Governments long established should not be
changed for light and transient causes ( meaning, government should not
be changed on the account of every nickel and dime gripe that comes
down the road);
and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind
are more diposed to suffer ( mankind will always have suffering), while evils
are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which
they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations ,
pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under
absolute Despotism, ( such as what Biden is doing exactly! ) it is their right,
it is their duty ( their, meaning We The Governed) to throw off such Government,
and to provide new Guards for their future security."

Historical Note: Throwing off such government has nothing to do with the voting booth!

Proverbs 25:5 (NKJV): Take away the wicked from before the king, And his reign
will be established in righteousness.

Proverbs 29:9 (NKJV): When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice.
But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.

Sounds like a pretty clear distinction between Donald Trump and Joe Biden!

I would offer this idea:

The [only] way to be considered Righteous, is if the Curse of the Lord has been disassociated with a person's heart. If this is True, are you suggesting that Donald Trump is a recipient of the Circumcision of Christ? Donald Trump has been Purified as was Abraham and Noah?

Genesis 6:9 NLT - "This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, the only blameless person living on earth at the time, and he walked in close fellowship with God."

Genesis 15:6 NLT - "And Abram believed the LORD, and the LORD counted him as righteous because of his faith."
Genesis 17:1 NLT - "When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to him and said, "I am El-Shaddai--'God Almighty.' Serve me faithfully and live a blameless life."

As indicated above, Christ has been Circumcising hearts at least since Abel, for Abel was the first True Prophet of God.

Colossians 2:11, 13 NLT - "When you came to Christ, you were "circumcised," but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision--the cutting away of your sinful nature." ... 13 "You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins."

So the question is: Did Donald Trump receive the Circumcision of Christ? If Donald Trump has been Purified by Christ and "made alive", then it is possible that there could be a connection between the two Proverbs. But if Donald has not received this Spiritual Circumcision of Christ, then there can be no connection and he thus remains "dead in his sins."

What does any of that have to do with anything. Proverbs 29:2 is just plain
scripture, telling it as it is. It applies to the secular as well as the sacred.
There have been (and to some degree today) secular leaders who have more
integrity, and earned the praise of their citizens.

Circumcision has to do with ritual and legalism, and does not qualify or
disqualify who gets into public office. Jesus took all that (rituals, legalism,
etc) to the Cross.
