Yes, Scripture has "both-and" meaning, and the context (v.3-6) indicates that disease was the threat of harm in v.7,
although Eph. 6:10-17 may provide the spiritual meaning.

Let us note that God rescues the person "because" they love Him, which echoes the NT condition of faith.

The bema seat judgement in heaven is rewards for service and martyrdom.

Salvation is a gift.
If it were a reward it would be a works doctrine FOR salvation.

Rewards for believers is a fact.
Bible fact.
There are rewards from God above and behind, yet none of them are earned, thanks
Authorized (King James) Version

1 Cor 3:10-23

10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. 14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. 21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; 22 whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; 23 and ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.

Which the NT boils down to one that can be described 3 ways: genuine repentance/faith/reflecting the Lord's love.

Uh no.
The 3 of ps 91 is for the righteous.
They stand just fine as written.
Unless haughty or prideful is the view I see, and goers on here in this world of flesh and blood not wanting g to die, yet all flesh and blood dies, Humility frees as one knows God loves them, thnaks

For me, when I saw in scripture, pray all the time, never stop
24/7, I realized prayer is not on my knees, hands folded, and eyes bowed
Since it is 24/7 it is for the new heart given by God to anyone that believes God
Ezekiel 36:26, ready to be given to the next one between God and that one, then one can say with Son it is done John 19:30. a new Heart is now given, ever since Son was risen from the dead to never die again or take anymore sin away as is now done by him first for us the people to believe and be freed
The mystery revealed, by God for us all to seek out in continued belief trust to God that Son on that cross reconciled us all as perfect to Father, to now go to in thankfulness and ask for the truth from God not the self or anyone else anymore Phil 3

Name and badge number please Mr better than me officer.

How ironic your deal is.

Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye
