Can someone please answer this question for me. I am a "Junior Member" because I am new. How many posts are required to move to the next level, and what is the next level? Actually, what are all of the levels? I could not find that info in the FAQs.

Another question: What does "Rep Power" mean, and how does that number increase?

Thanks!
Lynn
