actually it`s not a suggestion it`s a little question
when i want to chat a msg says" connection problem please log in again " so i see the page but without chatters
any advice?

Yeah happened to me once about two weeks ago. I then realised that the flash player had crashed, which brought up that msg. Am not really sure.

i had the same problem a while back and shemaiah yes that was the problem what u need to do to fix it is compleately un install the flash plugin and reinstall it make shure that all programs that use the plugin are shutdown b4 uninstaling you can download the player here Adobe - Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player and here are instructions on how to uninstall Uninstall Flash Player | Windows if u are still having problems plese let me know

i did everything but when i try to run adobe flash player there`s a window says "only asingle instance of this application can run " although i stopped the last version of flash player
i really don`t know what to do i tried everything i`m lost

actually i believe it is most commonly just a disconnect. it means your connection to the chat room has broken temporarily. all you need to do is go back to the blue 'chat now' button and press it to get back in again. sometimes it may require multiple tries to get back in. i get this message a few times a day and have never had to update or install anything. just log back in.

its possible that you are having a conflict between your video driver and flash player (e.g. your video driver was last updated in 2001 and your flash is 2011) try updating your video card drivers if that doesn't work let me know and post the error codes and as much info as you can like flash version what GPU (graphics card) you have what version of the drivers are installed ...etc
