Yes, Paul did write "at the last trump." But my friend, you have the WRONG SERIES. The trumpets in Revelation are judgements sounded by angels. The rapture is NOT a judgment. It is NOT a "woe." The "last trump" of Paul is undoubtedly speaking of the series of trumps sounded at the Feast of Trumpets. But in ANY case, it is a different series than John shows us in Revelation.

The 6th trumpet is a 200,000,000 men army that wars and causes one third of the world's population to die,by them and the people who fight them,which will occur during the tribulation period.

If I said the 6th trumpet, My fingers wrote what was NOT in my mind. The rapture is at the 6th SEAL, not trumpet. You are right here, the 6th trumpet is sounded during the first half of the 70th week.


The saints will go home after the 6th trumpet that happens during the tribulation period.

You are mistaken: John saw the HUGE crowd in heaven, in chapter 7, long before the 6th trumpet.

52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality(1 Corinthians 15:52-53).


Paul said the saints will go home at the last trumpet,and he is not talking about tribulation saints after the saints before the tribulation,so the saints have to be on earth during the tribulation,because they go home after the 6th trumpet which happens during the tribulation.

Again, you have the WRONG SERIES. I guess you know, Paul had NO EARTHLY IDEA of the 7 trumpets in Revelation, for they had not yet been written when Paul wrote. And you can be sure, Paul understood what he wrote. He was thinking of a DIFFERENT series of trumpets. Most Jews would immediately think the Feast of Trumpets. But you are half right, in mentioning "tribulation" saints. AFter the pretrib rapture, millions will turn to God.

You are mistaken, in thinking the series in Revelation is the series Paul was thinking of. Paul knew NOTHING of those trumpets in Revelation, for God had not yet revealed them to ANYONE. Just take Revelation in the order it is given: John saw the huge crowd too large to number in the throne room, BEFORE the 70th week begins with the 7th seal. Therefore, the rapture is most certainly "pretrib." Don't be thrown off by the two words, "great tribulation." John has not yet started the week, MUCH LESS got to the second half where Jesus said there will be great tribulation greater than every before or after. No, John has not yet started the week, so these could not possibly have come out of the second half of the week. No, all John is telling us is that at the time of the rapture, people will be dying for their testimony around the world. It is that way in half the world today. It will get worse.

The truth is the saints will not go home until after the world takes the mark of the beast,for as long as the world can repent of their sins,God will not take His children home.When the world takes the mark of the beast,they cannot repent anymore,and God will take all His children home at one time,which is why the Bible says the saints will not be gathered unto Christ until the man of sin is revealed and claims to be God,who will exalt himself above all that is called God or is worshipped.

Sorry, but this is MYTH - pure fiction. Your theories are simply NOT God's plans. Luke tells us plainly that we can ESCAPE all these things. Paul tells us we have NO APPOINTMENT with His wrath, and so get to "live together with HIM," BEFORE the Day of the Lord begins. That day begins at the 7th seal. That is why John saw the huge crowd JUST BEFORE the 7th seal. We are to be saved from wrath.

Next, what kind of God do you think we serve? Would YOU send YOUR children into a test where they must either lose their head or lose their salvation? It is the DEVIL that loves to put people under this kind of pressure. You are thinking our GOD would be like the devil? NEVER! He has made a way of escape! All we have to do is BE READY.

Now I know for sure your whole theory is off. Anyone that denies a rapture denies scripture. Spend the next month meditating in 1 Thes. 4 & 5. You will find there WILL BE a rapture of the church, and It will be JUST BEFORE the start of the Day of the Lord.

For all those who claim they are not in FEAR and are so bold to claim they would easily die for Jesus Christ have you forgotten that our Lord Jesus Christ himself sweat drops of blood because he dreaded what was going to happen to him? So I guess you are above our Lord? He asked God if possible to let this cup be taken away from him? So yes I am amazed at the bashing I received for pointing out the human fraility of fear to which our Lord Jesus obviously was in dread of himself at the thought of what was going to happen to him as he had foreknowledge of it.

No, it is MYTH because it is your imagination, and not backed by scripture.
Fact and truth: there WILL BE a rapture, and it WILL BE before the Day of the Lord, and the 70th week.

Fact and truth: NONE of the seals are a part of the 70th week, except the 7th is the official opening of both the Day of the Lord and the 70th week. With a little study, you will see that the entire 70th week is "marked" by sevens: the 7th vial ENDS the week, the 7th trumpet marks the midpoint, and the 7th seal begins the week.

So YOUR MYTH's can never bust truth - for the truth of God's word will stand forever.

Christ Loves those that he choses to love, he hates those that he choses to hate .IF you love Him he loves you . Revelation is not going to get you to heaven ,his love for you will.

Perhaps you are TOO sensitive!

The truth is, we have NO REASON to get into fear. Jesus told us plainly that we can ESCAPE all these things. Why people are so determined to set their OWN appointment, when God did not set one for them, is a mystery to me. Just be ready, and be watching for Jesus, and we will spend the 7 years in heaven. This is truth.

Even this is MYTH. God loves the WORLD. He came to die for the WORLD. He loves the sinner as well as the righteous. And the ONLY way into heaven, is not because He loves us, but because we have been born again. But He loved us while we were yet sinners.

Why weren't the disciples raptured out of their persecutions? I guess they didn't have someone to teach them about the rapture eh?

Guess poor ol Peter didn't have to be crucified upside down and poor ol Paul did not have to be beheaded because according to your doctrine we are all going to be raptured.
 
Concider this: every person alive when the Bible was being written is dead. They died waiting for Jesus to return.

One week ago, a sister in the Lord died. She, too, was looking for the return of Jesus.

How about you? Are you waiting? What are you doing to prepare for His return?



You could die... today! Are you ready?

My friend suffered a massive heart attack. It was sudden and unexpected. She was a fitness buff. She worked out and took care of herself. Yet, she died suddenly.

Wether Rapture happens, Jesus returns, or whatever, you could DIE before it happens. Are you ready?
How about others around you: relatives, friends, co-workers. Are they ready? Did you reveal the Way to them?

Just a thought.

The way I read it heaven is not determined as to length. And The Seven is forever, with the Lord .No time is known. He and all his will be forever with the Lord.walt2000
 
The problem with this teaching is I have heard and read convincing arguments with scriptures to back up both theologies to the point where I believe NO ONE knows except God himself whether or not we are going to be spared.

So with that being typed the point I was trying to get across is, IF your theology proves wrong and IF in the event you are not spared torture or being put to death for your testimony in Christ Jesus you are going to completely be unprepared for you are convinced NOTHING bad is ever going to happen to you because of this teaching.

I find that totally unprepared for reality. For example, the young woman shot to death at Columbine High School confessed Jesus as she died. She was not around for the rapture. Do you really think your rapture arguments will help someone in that situation? I am amazed that you really think that God will protect you from persecution when he promises just the opposite, that we will be persecuted for his name's sake.

It is pretty galling and arrogant to think you are better than Peter and Paul.

Did any of you Gents or Ladies have someone put a note. On your computer telling you that they are taping or scanning the inside of your computer. I seem to have that as a common happening ? Can any one tell me how I can stop that from happening. I am not paranoid .It is happening to me .walt2000

That is human imagination - what you THINK is the rapture. Paul was the ONLY writer that wrote of the rapture, save John who did not really see the rapture, but rather saw the church in heaven in Rev. 7. But Paul alone received the revelation of the rapture.

List these eight scriptures and we will discuss them one by one.
