Well you had better care about the Rapture.
I don’t wanna argue with anybody I left you a Bible verse and asked you to explain it to me, and all you do is come back with the same nonsense

Since the raptured are in fact the elect, what exactly is your point?
My point is I thought this was a Christian forum and I would just disgusting the end times according to the Bible. It appears people are trying to drive me off, which is not very Christian of them. That is my point.

I am of the mindset that it doesn’t matter what others think …it matters what the Word of God states….so stand your ground and present you case biblically.

Regardless of feedback, there are a number of people on this site who adhere to your position …and, there are some who don’t…..

Just something I will add ….if the gathering together unto Him (rapture) does happen first and you are born again (which I believe you are) …. The choice is not yours to stay or go ….you will be gone…..in the twinkling of an eye.
Like I said, everybody has an opinion, but nobody will answer my question. When I said they will be brought up to the synagogue. I left the Bible verse. Nobody will answer if they just give me some crazy opinion.
I hope the rapture comes true for you people so you get what you want that’s called free will and I choose to stay here and help the lost. The point is a lot of people think we’re going to some sort of new age world where it’s gonna last 100 or 200 more years. Well I’m afraid it’s probably not gonna last 10 and that’s a gift. Very educational. Guess just watch the world crumble in front of you, war inflation, famine. It doesn’t matter if Trump comes back or not we’re in trouble.

The Bible verse you posted has absolutely nothing to do with the Rapture. And no one is trying to drive you away, but if you fail to present something cogent, then that is your fault.

THIS IS ADDRESSED TO THE APOSTLES AND HOW THEY WOULD HAVE TO RESPOND TO PERSECUTION
“Now when they bring you to the synagogues and magistrates and authorities, do not worry about how or what you should answer, or what you should say. For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.”

Luke 12:11-12

New King James Version

11 “Now when they bring you to the synagogues and magistrates and authorities, do not worry about how or what you should answer, or what you should say. 12 For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.”
Would you kindly explain what the Bible is talking about here if it is not the elect
Jesus was talking with the Apostles about the destruction of the temple and the time of great tribulation. Two different events separated by hundreds of years.
Before the destruction of the temple in 70AD these Apostles with the exception of John would be dead. Before they died, they would be brought before magistrates and authorities.
They were not to worry. He would be with them and give them the words to say.
History tells us this happened.

Very good answer which leads me to the next question. I will agree with that answer but it is a future scenario so to speak avoid the electoral face very shortly. So please stick with me an answer what this verse means. Mark 13:9
9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

The reason I ask this is because this definitely is the future and NOT like 70ad this is way way deeper into the future. Like right now!

To me, the Bible is very clear regarding the timing of Jesus Christ's return. Something needs to happen first before that glorious event happens. So what does the Bible say about our gathering back to Christ? Well let’s see:

Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. - 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 (KJV)

It seems that the evangelism provided by the 144,000, after the tribulation begins, will account for the saints that are martyred in the end-times. It would be advisable to ensure ones salvation before the end times.

For some reason there are folks who think that anyone who believes in a rapture just sits and twiddles their thumbs in arrogant laziness. WE were created for good works, and anyone that knows Jesus will mature and share the hope that is found within. Nothing is more important than giving hope through Christ to this dying and evil world.

Stand fast, live a life that displays that hope, and God will use you.

Is that the gathering of the antichrist or is that the gathering of Jesus?
you do know there’s two gatherings
Jesus is coming here to make his home. He has not taken us anywhere else we are staying here. I am a member of the elect and I am staying here

I’m surprised and disappointed that you don’t understand what 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 is saying. I advise you to do a little more studying.

1) I believe we are on seal number three opening
2) It’s going to come like a thief in the night
These two statements are mutually exclusive.

Hit the books bro. You are confused. Read those links I posted.

Luke 12:11-12

Would you kindly explain what the Bible is talking about here if it is not the elect
I say
First off No one was saved here ------there was no elect ----God The Father told Jesus who He was to pick for his Disciples ==here Jesus is speaking mainly to His Disciples in your Scripture----His Disciples are not Saved ----Jesus came under the Old Testament Laws -----the Holy Spirit did not appear here until after Jesus died ------

I say --------This scripture you Quote has nothing to do with the end times -------this is warning the Disciples about the trouble they will face after His death with the Pharisees -----

So what your doing is just taking one piece of Scripture and saying the Holy Spirit will tell me what to say to the AntiChrist in the end times ------and this is not what this Scripture is saying al all --------your taking the Scripture OUT OF ITS CONTEXT and trying to make it say that the HOLY SPIRIT will tell you what to say to the anti-christ ------in the end times ------

I say =====
So I challenge you to Provide me a Scripture that actually says the the Holy Spirit will tell ALL Believers what to say to the anti-christ during the 7 year Tribulation --------

I thank you in advance for your Scripture answer ---

I say ---
This is the whole piece of Scripture you quoted ---the Context -- of scripture you quoted ---

So to understand what Jesus is talking about here you need to Go back to Luke 11 verse 53and 54 below here -------

This gives you the reason Jesus is talking to His Disciples about being on their guard when it comes to the Pharisees questing them after He is Crucified and the Holy Spirit comes upon them ------they can expect to be questioned and persecuted by the Pharisees in the synagogue and Jesus is telling them to Rely on the Holy Spirit for their answers -----

So here it is -------Luke 11 ESV

53 When Jesus went out, the teachers of the law and the Pharisees began to give him much trouble. They tried to make him answer questions about many things.

54 They were trying to find a way to catch Jesus saying something wrong.

Luke 12 AMPC

12 In the meanwhile, when so many thousands of the people had gathered that they were trampling on one another, Jesus commenced by saying primarily to His disciples, Be on your guard against the leaven (ferment) of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy [producing unrest and violent agitation].

2 Nothing is [so closely] covered up that it will not be revealed, or hidden that it will not be known.

3 Whatever you have spoken in the darkness shall be heard and listened to in the light, and what you have whispered in [people’s] ears and behind closed doors will be proclaimed upon the housetops.

4 I tell you, My friends, do not dread and be afraid of those who kill the body and after that have nothing more that they can do.

5 But I will warn you whom you should fear: fear Him Who, after killing, has power to hurl into hell (Gehenna); yes, I say to you, fear Him!

6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And [yet] not one of them is forgotten or uncared for in the presence of God.

7 But [even] the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not be struck with fear or seized with alarm; you are of greater worth than many [flocks] of sparrows.

8 And I tell you, Whoever declares openly [speaking out freely] and confesses that he is My worshiper and acknowledges Me before men, the Son of Man also will declare and confess and acknowledge him before the angels of God.

9 But he who disowns and denies and rejects and refuses to acknowledge Me before men will be disowned and denied and rejected and refused acknowledgement in the presence of the angels of God.

10 And everyone who makes a statement or speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit [that is, whoever [a]intentionally comes short of the reverence due the Holy Spirit], it will not be forgiven him [for him there is no forgiveness].

11 And when they bring you before the synagogues and the magistrates and the authorities, do not be anxious [beforehand] how you shall reply in defense or what you are to say.

12 For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour and [b]moment what [you] ought to say.

As I said about the rapture, there are very very many interpretations, and if you wanna hear mine, I can give it to you. But that’s not what I came on this thread and channel to do I came to warn that the end times are coming and I can base it on Bible prophecy. If you want to be wrapped it away go ahead. I didn’t see you there wouldn’t be a rapture. I just said I’m not going.
