Hey Hannah
The spiritual life is hard, very at times, but it is always worth it and one day we will know that if we press on to know the Lord. One thing I have found is that when I ask Him to help me He does... we are always learning... sometimes I have had to ask Him to show me what is hindering me... and He shows me at some point... and I then ask Him to help me with whatever it is because without Him I can't do it... but this is how He shows His power-through weak people who need Him and depend on Him and trust Him. I first asked Him into my life when I was 13... and then next 10 years were a complete mess... then when things got wayyy too difficult for me I fully surrendered to Him, and He has remained faithful to me. I have had a lot of difficult things happen in my life but the most important thing for me is to keep trusting God and loving Him because being with Him forever one day is what matters. I hope this is some help xx

Hi again Hannah, have you told your pastor about this as well?
Pastors are normally very good at helping us and giving us great and godly advice, since they're the ones specifically tasked by the Lord to keep a close watch over us/over our souls during our lives here .. AND .. he'll also know what your particular needs/problems are now so that he can begin to lift them, and you, up in prayer too .. cf Hebrews 13:17.
