Light Equals Life
In trials, we can easily be discouraged and lose sight of the light. Once the light has faded or seem to completely diminish we become lost and wonder where is God. I don't know about you but just being physically lost in the dark is not such a great feeling. In less, of course, you have had some kind of night navigation training, if not most people would feel scared and lost. Have hope, God has given us his training manual on how to navigate through the darkness in life. We see In the beginning God saw the great importance of separating the light from the dark. ( Genesis 1:3-4 NIV ) The Bible says," And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness." Life can not live without the light.
God is portrayed as the light giver or light is projected from his presence. In (Revelation 22:5) "There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever." So farGod creates light and gives light forcing the darkness to hide. In (Psalm 27 Of David) "The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?" The light is a feeling of comfort and safety meaning within God's training manual The Bible we find the truth on facing dark times.
Being in the presence of God
Being in the presence of God can impact your life inside and out. We see in ( Exodus 34:29) "When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord." Also in ( Matthew 17:2) "There he ( Jesus) was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light." Jesus and Moses both reflected the presence of God. Obviously, we can not experience this kind of presence, because God has given us all we need to reflect his light through us. By sending His Son to live and die for our sins, leading up to the creation of the Bible. We are told in ( 1 Thessalonians 5:5) "You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. We ARE children of God; His light lives within us waiting to radiate through us!"
Letting Your Light Shine
In (Matthew 5:14-16) "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Never forget who is your father and savior is! Jesus tells us to let the light shine from within by being a disciple of Christ, staying in God's Word, and let your Life reflect the Light. God creates light, gives light, reflects light and His children live in the light.
(Philippians 2:15-16) "So that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain."
Conclusion
As we see Life cannot Live without the Light.
Let your Life reflect the Light.
God creates light, gives light, reflects light and His children live in the light.
Children of God we must reflect the Word of Life and remember the source of Life.
