If a christian's mind have not been renewed ,that person cannot fully comprehend the word of God as it is meant to be. The difference is carnal and spiritual. You must allow the Holy Spirit to push out your old way of thinking,which is carnal in order to put in the spiritual knowledge of God. the two are different as day and night. Worldly mind is death,and a spiritual mind is life.
