The past week i have been having generally the same dream with generally the same story line of my fiance ( then my husband) is taken back to heaven with Jesus in the 2nd coming, and i am left in ( what seems to be my house but isnt my current house) to fight off demons and all evil coming thru the boarded up windows and doors. These demons instill tremendous fear in me in my sleep. the screeches and cries are so real. finally towards the end, one large one passes thru me while holding my son and he is separated from me and i am left in a dark tunnel with no answer, no passing and no responses to my cries. this is the 6th night in a row ive have this dream. i dont know what to do!!

Sounds like a spiritual attack. Pray against it, read the bible before you sleep, leave some worship music on during the day and at night leave the music on low. See if that helps. I will be praying.

thank you, my uncle thinks it might be a warning. im not sure what else to do

This is an attack.
It's not from God.
Is there any thing in your past or your families history
that could have opened you up for this spiritual attack?
Seek out a spiritual warrior to pray with you.
Or you can just plead the blood of Jesus over it.
You are saved right?

These dreams are lies! The devil is trying to shake you of your faith, this is 100% a spiritual attack not a warning. pray to god to save you from them and whatever you do don't beleive these dreams

for the record, im not saved. i am marrying my fiance, and we are getting baptized together. we try to follow this christian path that is new to us both the best way we can. we found our church and we are living the best way we are being shown.

i have had a lot of self confidence issues, and a rough childhood that would take a long time to go into detail about. im so tired i just want to sleep

It is rare that a dream is prophetic. Most of the time, it is your own mind trying to make sense of daily input. Your mind attaches each input to whatever related thought might be available symbolically. Before I read your second statement, I said to myself, the first statement almost sounds like you are afraid of not being an adequate Christian once you are saved, which you may associate with baptism, as many people do. Then, I saw your second statement, and I said, "of course, she knows it too." Why not just ask Jesus into your life right now? He wants to be not only your Lord, but your best friend as well. That is what getting saved is about. Baptized is like a celebration event for having accepted Him, although many people do both together. If you do it on your own, you will probably experience what so many others have: He cares about you and understands you in ways you cannot even suspect exist. I think you will find that as good as your church can show you how to live, Jesus is even better. Especially if you also are prepared to receive the fullness of His Spirit, you might be surprised at how quickly He can solve all these self-confidence issues and get you into a perfect peace that helps sleep to come. The Holy Spirit is really an expert at directing people to what they most need to walk the Christian path. If your fiance is not saved, you might even do it together, and Jesus can work with both of you as a couple, as well.

u need 2 com b4 God on ur knees n ask 2 b forgiven n God will take those dreams away if u truely repent. Those dreams would b so scary!

Multiple occurances of the same dream is troubling. Like your uncle, I think it could be a warning sign of some sorts.

Well, there's your problem, you're not saved. Following the Christian path also isn't just a list of do's and don'ts, it's about having a relationship with Jesus Christ. It seems you're on the right track, but I have to wonder, if you know the truth of Christ and want to accept it, then why are you waiting?

i have had a lot of self confidence issues, and a rough childhood that would take a long time to go into detail about. im so tired i just want to sleep

I haven't had the best childhood myself, but that's neither here nor there. Don't focus on your past, and don't let it haunt you. You'll be a new creation in Christ.

It seems that you are seeking the Lord, that is when the enemy will throw lies at you. Keep seeking the Lord
