what are you doing to repell ur future mate. my friend once told me make a list of what you want in a mate. then make a list of all the things you are doing to repell that person you long for. are your standards high for him/her?Did you make standards for the person you want to be?
 
as for me I'm like Mary frigging Poppins practically perfect in every way! truth is I have no urge to look for someone. occasionally I bump into people who I find fascinating and it sparks my interest. but not on a dating sites or posting Craigslist ads or having friends set me up. I'm moving so its on the back burner
 
See..and I thought this was gonna be a thread about,yanno..repelling down the side of a cliff or cavern wall or something.
 
i pray for all god's children. I even pray for people I don't wanna pray for and ask god to soften my heart when i dont want to pray for the ones i dont want to pray for.

That's exactly what I thought!

I don't know if "repel" is a good word for it. I'd rather not make a list of things I find repelling about myself. I don't think that'd help my self-esteem any. :P Besides, it could be a bit subjective. Something that I do may repel one person and spark an interest in another.

I think I'd prefer to call it "Things God needs to change in me". It sounds a bit more approachable that way, in my opinion at least. ;)

I'm pretty sure that's "rappelling".

Yes, that just happened. I'm a repelling word nazi.
