The millenium age will happen on this earth, and this earth will be destroyed when the reign is over, after the sinners whose number is as the sand of the sea as the sand of the sea have been destroyed.

After that, the bride that comes out of heaven for the lamb to the earth will do so because our righteous deeds, and the fruit of our thoughts to the Lord, are not manifest on earth but in Heaven (our thoughts are of heaven; being invisible but manifest and influential)

There are to be two new earths. Not just one.

First one?
The Millennium.

Then the earth will be transformed.
Animals will be transformed ... i.e - The lion will lie down with the Lamb.

In contrast....
The second new earth will take place after the Millennium is finished.
When the entire universe is put through a nuclear fusion melt down by God.
After that takes place...
God will then newly and freshly create the heavens and earth, not simply transformed like with the first new earth.

But the Day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens shall pass
away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat. The earth also
and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 2 Peter 3:10

The word translated "elements" is a term found on the periodic table used in chemistry class.
"Elements" speaks of atomic elements.
For after the Millennium finishes?
This creation will be destroyed by God right down to the atomic level.

Nuclear fusion en masse!
BOOOOOOOOM!

This entire universe will be gone!

But the Day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens shall pass
away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat. The earth also
and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 2 Peter 3:10

All gone! Everything!

Then we will shall finally see the everlasting new heavens and new earth, created by God anew!

 Better book now with your travel agent!

......
Um, Wow, well... Scripture never says the old creation is discarded; it says the corrupted order is burned away so the creation itself can be revealed in glory.
Peter’s language — the stoicheia melting, the heavens passing away, the earth exposed — is purifying judgment, not cosmic annihilation, because the analogy he uses (the Flood) destroyed wickedness, not the planet.
Paul says creation “will be set free from its bondage to corruption” (Rom 8:21), not swapped out.
John sees the “first heaven and earth” pass away in the sense that the old order is gone, not the material world itself.

Elijah is coming to restore and has already come, because Elijah baptized in the water of repentance (the gospel) which is the baptism we have, and we become Elijah when we baptize others.
He restores all things by renewing everyone he baptizes, and through his baptisms a whole New World was Created.

I don't think that's correct can you give some evidence of that? We become Elijah?

Jesus said the through faith we move mountains, command spirits, survive poisons, and become a light that converts people to the Light of Christ; we are men of God as Elijah.
John the baptist didn't make fire rain down from the sky or make a jar of meal and oil last forever, but he told people by the word of God that their sins were forgiven, and to look to their Shepherd, the Christ.
And it is written he came in the Spirit and Power of Elijah to Do that.

Your claim collapses because Jesus never says that performing miracles, surviving poisons, or converting people makes us “men of God as Elijah”; those are signs of the kingdom, not indicators that believers become Elijah.

John the Baptist came “in the spirit and power of Elijah” (Luke 1:17), but Jesus explicitly says John was not the eschatological Elijah who “restores all things” (Matt 17:11–12), which means the Elijah‑role is unique, future, and covenant‑specific — not something every Christian inherits by baptizing or preaching.

Elijah’s ministry is defined by prophetic confrontation, covenant renewal, and national repentance, not by the general authority Christ gives His disciples.

Yes, believers exercise kingdom power, but Scripture never equates that with Elijah’s identity; it says Elijah’s role is tied to Malachi’s Day of the Lord restoration, not routine Christian obedience.

So your argument confuses shared kingdom authority with a singular prophetic office Jesus Himself says is still future.

God knew that it would be understood at the right time in history.

Well? When is your version of the new earth to appear?
The Millennium?

Then what?
…. My position is that there are two not three that’s all I was meaning .

The new eternal One will come forth after this one ends in fire like Peter taught

“but the heavens and ( one ) the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

……Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.”
‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:7, 10, 13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

No one knows the timing but when Jesus retirns and raised up the dead in the air with him he’s going to destroy this world and afterwards usher in the new

Probably we’re looking at different things I don’t read revelation to try to change what the doctrine has been saying throughout the Bible I believe revelation is johns apocalypse and depends on the doctrine in the Bible to be understood

what I mean is reas Jesus and the apostles they’ll never speak of a third earth

some people say before the flood was one then after was another then at the end of the world you’d be in a third …. But god didn’t promise to create a new heaven and earth in the days of the flood he promised it only after israel. Rome the covenant and cursed this earth to destruction

if you look in the bible there are two of everything two covenants two mediators to promised lands two heavens and earths two groups of people jew and gentile two resurrections ect ect two testaments ……

What is that god created heavens and the earth …….then he said he would create another heaven and earth that would last forever where he would dwell with his people always

“For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭66:22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The teachings are all consistent in the beginning he created heavens and the earth and in the end he brings forth the new heaven and earth he’s been promising along the way for Ages.

to simplify after this world ends will come the new things like Peter taught in 2 Peter 3

The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.”

Isaiah 24:20 (“the earth shall reel… fall, and not rise again”) is judgment‑order language, not planet‑annihilation language; the chapter describes the collapse of the world’s corrupt system, not the destruction of the physical globe.

In the same breath Jesus says that Elijah has come already and they did what they wanted to to him, and that the Son of Man will also suffer like Him.
In the same way Jesus advises us that we will all suffer for being against the world ourselves, too.

Your point collapses because Jesus is making two different statements in Matthew 17, not one: He says Elijah will come and restore all things (future, eschatological, Malachi’s Day of the Lord), and He says Elijah has come already in the sense that John fulfilled the role of the forerunner who suffers, not the role of the restorer — which is why Jesus immediately adds, “they did to him whatever they pleased,” and then says the Son of Man will likewise suffer; the parallel is suffering, not identity.

Yes people like to explain why things don’t mean what they say ….

whats this say about the old creation ?

“For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭65:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Or this

“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I’m sure passed away just means something else not it’s dead and gone or burned up …..and shall not be remembered also means something else ……it’s hard to discuss what the Bible says here

they ask him why do the scribes say Elijah must first come ? Jesus replies it’s true that Elijah must come and restore all things but I’m telling you he’s come already and they rejected him “

He isn’t explaining Elijah will come twice

““See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the Lord comes. He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction.””

I get why those verses might sound like the old creation is completely erased, but in the Bible, phrases like “passed away” and “not remembered” don’t mean the physical world is destroyed or wiped from memory. They refer to the old way the world worked — the pain, curse, rebellion, and brokenness — all of it gone for good. Isaiah makes this clear, because right after saying “new heavens and new earth,” he talks about people building houses, planting vineyards, and enjoying their work. That only makes sense if the world is renewed, not replaced. Revelation uses the same language: “the first earth passed away” means the old order of suffering and sin is over, not that God tosses the planet aside. Even “not remembered” is a Hebrew expression meaning it no longer shapes life, like when God says He “remembers our sins no more” — not forgetting they happened, but removing them from our future. The message is that the old, broken order is gone, and the same creation God made is healed, restored, and made new.

It’s as if some don’t understand israel has a new covenant with god
You’re right that Jesus speaks about John in very strong terms, but the key is seeing how He uses two ideas at once.
In Matthew 11, Jesus says John is the Elijah “if you are willing to accept it,” meaning John takes on the role of the forerunner — preparing the people, calling them to repentance, and announcing the Messiah — just as Luke 1 describes at John’s birth.
Then in Matthew 17, Jesus adds that Elijah will come and restore all things, but also says Elijah has already come in the sense that John suffered rejection like Elijah did.
He’s not saying Elijah comes twice; He’s showing that John fulfills the suffering‑forerunner role, while the restoration part is still future.
Malachi’s prophecy includes both — turning hearts and preparing for the Day of the Lord — and Jesus separates them so people won’t confuse John’s ministry with God’s final restoration.
So yes, John is the Elijah who was to come in preparing the way, but the full restoration Malachi spoke of is still ahead.
This doesn’t deny the new covenant; it just keeps the roles clear, as Jesus explains.

yeah again this is all just how you interpret it …… I respect it but I don’t agree theres no reason to make this interpretation it’s too consistent across the whole Bible . the language doesn’t suggest anything like that. It descriptively literally says the elements will melt in the heat and the earth and all the works in it will be burned up . Then Peter warns that because this is so we should live right because we have the promise of a new creation not a refurbished or cleansed same creation but a new one

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:1‬ ‭NIV‬‬

later after the covenant was broken look what becomes of that first creation

The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.”
‭‭
The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭24:24:3, 5‬ ‭, 20‬ ‭

A little later

“For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭65:17-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭20:11‬ ‭

“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Consistent and clear but hard to accept if we believe other things

Look at the language here as peters New Testament revelation of those things pulls it together and gives it order

“but the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.”
‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:7, 10-13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

there’s an end to this world but we have a promised land to come this world will be where the i godly are punished ( lake of fire ) read 2 Peter three above there to read that part

But brother I’m 73 I’ve been in the Bible since I was a child I’m not looking for how to understand it and interpret it ….I’m wanting to discuss what it says with other people having the same interest

And not only do I know how and why with exacting precision, I also know perfect well the reasons that you DO NOT know.
Pre-trib resurrection plz. Those passages have unequivocal denied it.

Your love for Scripture shows, and I respect the decades you’ve spent in it, but the point I’m making isn’t that the Bible is unclear — it’s that the language of judgment in Isaiah, Peter, and Revelation is describing the end of the old order, not the annihilation of the created world itself.
When Isaiah says the earth “falls and will not rise again,” he’s talking about the collapse of the world’s corrupt system under covenant curse, the same way the flood “destroyed” the world without erasing the planet; when Peter says the “elements melt” and “the earth and its works are burned up,” he’s using prophetic fire‑imagery for purification and exposure, not cosmic non‑existence — which is why he immediately says we look for a new heavens and new earth where righteousness dwells, not a replacement universe created from nothing.
Revelation’s “heaven and earth fled away” is apocalyptic language for the old order passing, just like “the first things have passed away” in Revelation 21:4; it’s the end of sin, curse, death, rebellion, and corruption — not the end of creation itself.
The Bible is consistent: God judges the old world‑order, removes everything corrupted, and brings forth a renewed creation the way resurrection brings forth a renewed body — continuity of creation, discontinuity of corruption.
Im an old man too, and when i first saw this back in collage, i brought it up to my professor and you know what he told me?
" They will laugh you out of the academic world if you try to bring that out. There is a mainstream theology that's widely accepted, I suggest you stay in it".
I buried myself in the scriptures ever since. I am willing to debate, I prefer to discuss, any of this. Because my education don't mean squat compared to scripture, so let's let it talk.
