Israel was full of doubt and unbelief, even as God was leading them to the promised land. The nation did not cease to be God's at any time. Israel was, is and will be God's nation until the new heavens and new earth come into being. If you have an issue with that, tell God, not me.

And this is the same as the church. As our journey as Christians in this world, we fail, we doubt, we are blessed, we are hated,
We have false prophets, false teachers, and as right now we too are waiting for our savior to return.
God has chosen israel to be a peculiar people. One has to admit the jews are by far different from all the rest of the world.
We are a new creation a new creature grafted into that peculiar people tree to bring forth a more excellent offering to God.

The unbelieving part was broken off and destroyed. They did not inherit the promised land.

I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. Jude 1:5
Only the believing part was God's nation, and that remains true today.

This is a very simple answer no . I've done some gardening in my time and live in a apple orchard county. The pruning and grafting of these trees take place in early spring. I've seen first hand grafting and cutting back but never a replacement of a branch.
When a branch is fully cut off it leaves a scar on a tree. The scar is treated to prevent infection but is never and can never be replaced.
Grafting is done by cutting into a chosen spot and is inserted into a tree as a new branch not to replace the old but to develop a new fruit or more resistant stronger fruit or tree but it relys on the existing tree for its survival.
Grafting in short is done not replacing but improving the tree and its yield of fruit and resistance..
This is how you get different variations of trees and fruit.
This also applies to garden plants and such. You have table fruit canning fruit baking fruit ect.

Paul and Jesus used branches as instructional analogies about spiritual truth, not as a class on plant science. Jesus said unfruitful (spiritually dead) branches are broken off, gathered and burned. Paul said the broken off branches are then replaced with fruitful (spiritually alive) branches.

If you believe differently than this, then you are believing something they didn't teach.

But unbelievers in the church are not the church; they are imposters that will be gathered in the end and burned. God knows who are his and who aren't.

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 2 Timothy 2:19

You must have a different Bible from mine. Last I saw the sun rose. I'm not sure about the moon as it's overcast. I imagine it would be on the news if the moon had gone AWOL.

Thus says the LORD, who gives the sun for light by day, who sets in order the moon and stars for light by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar—the LORD of Hosts is His name:

“Only if this fixed order departed from My presence, declares the LORD, would Israel’s descendants ever cease to be a nation before Me.”

I'm not an Israelite. God's promise to Abraham included the land. See also Jeremiah 33:25-26

How about this? "And to you and your descendants I will give the land where you are residing—all the land of Canaan—as an eternal possession; and I will be their God.” Genesis 17:8

See also Genesis 12:7, 13:15, 15:18, 26:3 and 48:4 and Psalm 105:8-11. There are other confirmations. It's almost as if God is trying to tell us something.

Now you're going off on tangents in order to avoid acknowledging or denying the points I've made.

Nevertheless, your interpretation of Jeremiah 31:35-36 (as well as the video author's interpretation) is problematic because the geo-political nation of Israel did cease to exist in 722 BC. In fact, Israel did not exist when Jeremiah wrote that. So he obviously wasn't referring to a geo-political entity, as you do, but to a people (goyim)

Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name: If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation (goy) before me for ever. Jeremiah 31:35-36

Concerning Genesis 17:8 that you mentioned, that promise was conditioned on circumcision and later on keeping the covenant of law. So the land was theirs to possess forever IF they kept the law. Which they didn't and were expelled.

Regarding the other verses you listed, Paul made clear that the unconditional promises were to Christ, not to Israel (Galatians 3:16).

Obviously you are set in your views. Even the reality that Israel exists, after 2,000 years in exile, does not change your mind. I'll leave you to your false doctrine.

What if now it's like when Israel demanded a king in order to be a nation like the other nations? God let them have their way, but it wasn't his will. If it wasn't his will then why would it be his will now when he has brought the holy nation in Christ into existence that he wanted from the beginning?

Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah, And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations. But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD. And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them. 1 Samuel 8:4-7

He never does
Lol. Just like the Pharisees.

Mark 11:27 - 33
And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders,
And say unto him, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority to do these things?
And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men? answer me.
And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?
But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed.
And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.

While this is true as I have watched this process many times myself, @ChristRoseFromTheDead point is still valid.

While the new branch is not placed in the exact same location of the old branch it still is an addition to the tree and that is really the point.

The video author makes numerous errors. The first that I noticed was when he said the root in Romans 11 is Israel, rather than Christ. That's an Israel-centric viewpoint rather than a Christ-centric one.

Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. Romans 11:18
I'll add my opinion, that it reveals the object of worship. For we who worship Christ, Christ is the root.

For those who worship other gods, they try to hide it, but their theology reveals it.

Absolutely but I'm pointing to a resemblance.

From eternity God planned a magnificent temple with a fixed number of living stones that must be completed in its appointed time. That number is as the sand of the sea and the stars of heaven in number, as revealed and promised to Abraham.

Israel was not up to that task due to their unbelief, so God cut it short in righteousness and brought in the fullness of gentiles to fill up that number and complete the temple. But it's not that God failed because that was his plan from before time began.
