Rest!
Yes, king David knew the art of war quiet well,
but he also knew where to find Rest and Peace in between
all of his battles. Yes, he found his Rest and Peace in the
Lord his God! This created a new and sustained strength,
for the next battle that was to come!

In the midst of our many battles, have we taken the time to seek the Rest and Peace of God, that we need to renew our strength?
