Or to put it another way Paradise (formerly Eden) -- along with the Tree of Life -- is now in the New Jerusalem, which is in Heaven. There will be no earthly "restoration" of Eden. It is far too late for that.

However the Kingdom of Heaven has already infiltrated the earth. So, there is a restoration of sorts. While the world spirals the Bride will shine in the last days.
How can there be "a restoration of sorts" when this earth will be supernaturally burned up?
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? (2 Pet 3:10-12).
I sometimes use the term "restore" to indicate that the relationship (lost when Adam and Eve sinned) with God is to be restored through reconciliation via Christ' sacrifice in payment for the sins of those who come to believe, by grace through faith. Restoration is a synonym of reconciliation
Of course they were still mortal when all of creation fell as a result of their sin, and we are to be made to live ever after following the resurrection and judgment of all... so it will be better than a restoration. 
We have been restored to the garden, being the Bride of Christ. We eat from the tree of life which is communion, the bread and wine. The life of Jesus.
We don't return to the knowledge of good and evil, law, but are of grace. Freedom to walk with our God, through mutual love.

The solar year is 365.25 days
The Hebrew Calendar lunar /solar year is 354 days[ or 384 days] with an extra 30 day month added 7 times in a 19 year cycle.
354 * 12 + 384 *7 =6936. 365.25*19= 6939.75
The discrepency is made up by adding an extra day to the 8th or ninth month 3 or 4 times in a 19 year 19 year cycle.
the 360 day year is found only in Daniel except where Daniel is quoted in Revelation.
I am not talking about the earth itsself, but the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. It is a restoration of His Bride.
And this is all that we are talking about.
SATAN AND THE ANTICHRIST IN FULL CONTROL FOR 3 1/2 YEARS

And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. (Dan 12:7)
But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. (Rev 11:2).
And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days [1,260 days], clothed in sackcloth. (Rev 11:3).
And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days [1,260 days]. (Rev 12:6)
And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. (Rev 12:14).
So to sum up using a 30 day month and a 12 month year:
1,260 days/30 = 42 months
42 months/12 = 3 1/2 years
TIME = 1 YR
TIMES = 2 YEARS
HALF A TIME = 6 MONTHS
