My 9 year old just brought me a picture he just finished working on.
Noah's ark after the flood, with a great big rainbow fills up most of the page :D and guess what?
Even though the water color set doesn't have all the colors (I'm looking at you indigo) it is one of the best artistic rainbows I've ever seen.
Talk about timing ;)

Let's rescue the meaning of the rainbow from this agenda.
Good luck with that... you could take pages of evidence, videos galore, & witnesses to equal a multitude, & the rebellious courts would just throw it all out & say they had it first.
Can't win in the courts of an Antichrist system.

As an ex-street preacher myself, I can tell you that it's not easy being hated by those that you truly love enough to tell them the truth.

If you ladies don't mind me chiming in for a minute, this was one important issue to me for a while.

I used to have a ministry that had beautiful rainbow border stationary and animals with Noah's Ark opposite my letterhead.
When the militant homosexuals promoted their new logo, I realized something was going on. This was no accident.
The devil has no new creative ideas. He just takes that which God did, twists the idea and claims it for himself. Right now he's doing it with marriage aka "civil unions."
When I sent out mailings, I had to decide if I should change the logo/ stationary. I already used some very good artwork in the past for business cards, brochures and prayer reminder cards. The Noah's Ark stationary got good feedback from christians. I only got one criticism and that from an unbeliever. He said, "it looks gay.".
I asked what about it looks gay?
He said that the rainbow was a symbol for gayness.
I said, that's only been co-opted for a few years. I've been using this for longer than that. Don't forget, the Lord has been advertising his covenant with life on earth for 6 thousand years! Every time it rains, He follows it up with HIS RAINBOW across the sky. There's nothing gay about that. Besides look at the animals and the ark.

Anyhow, I kept using the stationary.
I quit using the word "gay" the way they use it though. They co-opted a good word that means joy or happy. We aught to be able to sing a Christmas song or the theme to the Flintstones without worrying about sounding "gay.". 😄

Too true. I like the idea of rather than condemning the LGBTQ community.. just having the t-shirts and what not that say the christian meaning.

As a side thing-- I've heard people say that if a person from that community gets saved, that they WILL no longer be gay, lesbian etc..

At salvation, that person will have the Holy Spirit residing in their spirit, but that doesn't mean they won't battle with old sins. All christians do. I know they WILL be convicted and quickened to leave that lifestyle of sin, but whether they completely do is not always gonna happen.

Sorry to go off subject for a moment here, but have you ever purchased stuff on Zazzle?
I saw some items come up the other day and was wondering if it's safe/legit to do business with. I don't do much online shopping.
I’ve ordered from them. They’re legit and safe.

As the young man was saying, Sodom and Gomorrah. Loved when the one girl was trying to be cute/mocking and he said "Jesus said do not cast your pearls before swine"...love it!!

As you said, God Bless this brother!!

What I loved was that he seemed to genuinely have compassion on them while wanting them to be saved.

I've personally led a former lesbian to the Lord, and I've also helped disciple another former lesbian who an ex-coworker of mine led to the Lord. I don't wish judgment upon these people, but repentance unto salvation instead.

Agree. Was thinking just earlier how easily I pass judgment on others, and Jesus did not. To have the Love that Jesus had/has...

If Christians start wearing T-shirts with the Biblical meaning of the rainbow, we're playing right into their hands. We can never win with ideas; the radicals have already won the culture in the sphere of ideas. We have to win by the power of the gospel and of the Holy Spirit.

Wearing a T-shirt with a Christian slogan would be as weak and meaningless as a hat that say I
Jesus. This sort of thing makes people feel like they're doing something for Him when in fact they're not; not really.

Sometimes when witnessing the truth its not the people who you target who receive the message but the people who listen as curious bystanders that recieve.

The word of the Lord shall not return void.
Often when Jesus corrected the Pharisees it was those who heard the debate that were touched.

Yeah, I understand this. There is a problem in if we were to wear t-shirts and caps and the like, we would then open ourselves up to be flooded with MORE rainbows of the lgbtq meanings.

As I see it, there's nothing to take back that we never really lost.

“The wonderful arrangement and harmony of the cosmos would only originate in the plan of an almighty omniscient being.
This is and remains my greatest comprehension.”

“All my discoveries have been made in answer to prayer.”

~Sir Isaac Newton

My chemistry teacher loaned me a big glass prism in HS for the semester. It was lots of fun. I forgot that Newton made a prism to explain what rainbows were.
I was thinking Pink Floyd. Lol!

That's weak.
