You will immediately discover that you have thousands of friends and relatives you were never aware of. You will be constantly accosted by people with the worst sob stories about illness/injury/whatever who JUST WANT a little money to help them get past their suffering. You will find that the Federal and State Governments take a huge portion of the winnings, and then track the remainder to see how much they will take every April 15th after you win. You will need a Lawyer and Professional Accountant to do all the legal paper work required of one who wins the Lottery. You will need more than one bank account as accounts are ONLY INSURED for a specific amount which the average Lottery winnings far exceeds. You will need a Financial Investor to assist you in various decisions you will have to make to properly manage the winnings...........and on, and on...........seriously.

Winning the Lottery has destroyed more lives than it has enriched.

But, you CAN ONLY take $10,000.00 with you. Federal Law will not allow you to take more.........and THEN there are ALL THE FRIENDS/RELATIVES you will discover you have in the Ukraine once you get there....... :)

Winning the Lottery (the BIG ONES) is truly a life changing experience, and most people can not deal with what besets them. just saying

My advice? If one is going to play the Lottery...........HAVE A PLAN.......just in case......... :)

off shore account bro. cayman islands. don't cash the check in the states, take it off shore set account and cash there
