I think it's just putting into perspective anyone who can still support Trump's insane positioning for MIGA (not to be confused with MAGA) is also insane. I particularly loved the line "the First Lady of France is a far more beautiful woman than Candace, in fact, it's not even close!" Lol. Lol. Lol. Trump is leading the MIGA crowd down a path of overt, vainglorious insanity, and all the world can see them for what they are (and have always been).

As I have pointed out COUNTLESS times, the prophecies pertaining to the redemption of the Nation Israel consistently promote the universal Biblical standard of regeneration:
1) Belief
2) and then receiving their Messiah Jesus as their Kinsman Redeemer
3) consequentially entering into the New Covenant
4) and then unwavering fidelity faith and service.
This is the flip side of the coin, the precise antithesis of the National REJECTION at His first coming.

No he doesn't. An earthly nation ruled by men has never been his will. He allowed Israel to have a king to accommodate their rebellion and unbelief, until such time that he could get his son on the scene to do away with the old dispensation.
Why would God go back to the old that he never willed nor wanted once that which is perfect has come? He wouldn't. Only disbelieving followers of the doctrine of the pharisees think that God wants an earthly nation ruled by men, which God calls a rejection of him.

The Aion (age, era epoch) of the Mosaic Law had not ended yet, Jesus is telling them He will be with them until that happens and the New Aion (age epoch era) is ushered in after a period of transition.
When the temple is destroyed and after the ensuing aftermath, then New Aion begins.

Jerusalem in that prophecy is figurative language for the people if God born of the heavenly Jerusalem
