America and Israel have more than sufficient justification. Personally, I believe both America and Israel have allowed Iran to get away with murder for far too long. Sure, Iranians are a remarkable people. However, that can lead to hubris, as we've seen with the Ayatollah regime. And there are even smarter people in Israel. Mossad knew that there was a leader's meeting, where and when it was and so targeted the whole group. There is even evidence to suggest that Mossad hacked Tehran's security cameras to follow the vehicles of those attending the meeting. If that's not regime overconfidence, I don't know what is.

I knew a few legit Persian expats quite well. They were very refined, smart, well mannered, patient and quite balanced and sane.

Iran has tremendous topographical advantages, so a land invasion is very difficult. That's one reason why Iranians will need to take advantage of the regime's weakness. There are times when war is the least worst option. That time is now. Leaving things as they stand was the worst.
A martyr? Shia Islam is the minority. The Sunni gulf states are happy to see the back of the Shia regime. What is clear is that the so-called "Allah Akbar" is not as great as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Muslims all over the world are forsaking Islam, often at the risk of their lives. They are waking up, especially the women who are often treated like dirt by Muslim men.
