The information that post is a complete inversion of reality.

Figures reviewed by the outlets revealed on Thursday indicate that, as of May 2025 – 19 months into Israel’s war on Gaza – Israeli military intelligence had listed 8,900 fighters from Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) as confirmed or “probably” dead.

And Gaza is basically a city and this idea of human shields is another bandied about accusation without any understanding of what that term actually means.

I am really trying to figure out, are the people who surround DJT also that dumb, or are they just blinded by sheer hubris and/or are they lining their pockets in the process.

Makes no sense unless the goal is economic collapse.

Gulf states' trust and confidence in the US to protect them has essentially been destroyed. And that trust is what created and sustains the petrodollar upon which the US economy is based. In just a few days Trump has destroyed everything the US has spent decades building in the Persian Gulf.

They will just say it is "war' if it implicates their favored state.
But agree, there is a saying which I think applies to this modern era... "wars are for bankers and soldiers for sacrifice."
