What is the plan for this war? It reminds me of the fiasco Putin made in Ukraine. Have any of these people been through studies of wars? Or are they just trigger happy politicians with no combat experience?
Waging war against Iran needs, of course, full domination of air space, but, the next step is boots on the ground. Is America willing to deploy troops from the army? Or will it just be mosquito bites from the USAF and the Navy?

at this point, it seems as the plan was- there was no plan.

I'm ex military, Navy, not army. I've followed the various wars since the one I knew least about, the Vietnam war. I served during that time and we did not have access to the media like we do now.
I believe that the American military is incredibly competent and powerful. Iran may have been lulled into a false sense of security by American misadventures, especially in Afghanistan. I have mixed feelings about Mr Trump. However, he has done what no President has done since 1979. Likewise Mr Netanyahu. Until now, neither Israel nor USA have chosen to deal with the real problem. Israel has not had the capacity and the USA has not had the will.
The problem for America is that Iran is huge. It is also mountainous. Even Alexander the Great had trouble conquering Persia. I doubt that there will be a full scale troop invasion by US forces. There will likely be special forces on the ground now. The hope is that the IRGC will be so debilitated that it will cease to be an effective fighting force. There are reports now of Iranian troops disobeying orders.
Iranian Kurds have been living in Kurdish areas of Iraq. There are reports that the CIA has armed Kurds and that the Iranian Kurds are crossing into Iran to take on the regime. The Kurds have been fighting for independence for 100 years. They know about war. There are many army personnel who are against attacking fellow Iranians. They are not the brutal IRGC. The regular army may join the battle against the regime. Some IRGC members are reportedly turning against the regime.
Iran is not like the previous wars against majority Muslim countries like Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan. Iran is not inherently Muslim. The Taliban had great support from the Afghan population, who resented the "infidels" who had occupied their lands. I would expect Most Iranians to welcome US forces as deliverers, not infidel enemies. I seriously hope that it won't be necessary for troops to land. It could go very wrong, very quickly.
You have not been following this or you are watching the wrong reports. America and Israel have not made Putin's mistake. They hoped for a quick end but planned for weeks of combat. That's why there are such large US forces in the region. So now the campaign continues until Iran's regime falls.

We saw what the US did with Maduro and that sonic weapon they have. I suspect this is how US forces will act, they will assist a populist uprising to seize control of key infrastructure and then depart. Israel will be more of the ground forces in Iran as the people of Israel are far more supportive of what is going on.
Yes, we came with our best, and spared no expense in the weapons used. Putin basically went through his closet and got rid of all the weapons he was going to throw away and cleaned out his prisons using felons as soldiers.

And kinda side news but the USA is actively developing on this front with its Space Force which Trump created in his first term so we're only going to get more capable and more powerful on this, praise Jesus.

I believe that God is using the US the way you might use a whip to deal with the IRGC. But then He will also bring judgment on the Great Babylon which is the US. I have shared extensively on at least 30 different verses that apply to the Great Babylon. Any one of those verses might refer to more than one country: Iraq, England, Vatican, or Jerusalem are the basic options. But only the US fits all 30 verses.

I have been saying from the get go as have all these links that I have been posting that this war is about the reserve currency and in order to defeat BRICS Trump has seized control of Venezuela and now this war on Iran so that the BRICS currency cannot be used to buy oil. So good to hear. I haven't kept up with her latest, so I'm really pleased she's saying this. It's sad to hear of soldiers with every honest intent to serve their countries, but who may actually end up dying for a wicked, foreign regime that protects international satanic pedophiles. I'm also thinking, didn't the whole covid debacle teach these people anything, and give them a chance to find alternative work? Does it take a war crime such as engaging in a sneak attack whilst under a flag of truce to open people's eyes to what is going on? Japan has been universally denigrated for decades since its sneak attack on Pearl Harbour, and here we have the president of the free world committing exactly the same act.You go girl!! I'm hoping Trump is working behind the scenes for the good of the people (somehow!), but this is seeming more and more unlikely. I certainly would not be killing for him without a better understanding of who he's really working for (and a sound justification of his actions/inactions to date).

Exactly. Governments create all kinds of illegal laws - prostitution and abortion to name two. Just because a government says a law is legal or obligatory doesn't mean it is. If I were asked to commit murder for the government (in Orwellian double-speak, often referred to as the draft or conscription), I'd tell it I serve God rather than man. Let Trump and his greatest ally (ies?) murder their own enemies for their own gods. My obligations as a citizen of Heaven overrides any purported or alleged obligations as a temporary citizen of lesser and far inferior places to far inferior governments.
This doesn't even get into the hypocrisy of said government claiming to have been against slavery for so long, and then switching views and suddenly announcing it is mandatory and for me.
