Your "very many very good reasons" are based on your own personal opinions. None of which are supported by any scripture, (unless the scriptures are subjugated to your private scrutiny and approval).
There are around 120 verses of scripture that support (super-determinism), I have only included a few blow. I just want to see how you try to get around them. We know there is no way around them but, your welcome to try.
2 Thessalonians 2:13 But we should always give thanks to God for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and faith in the truth.
John 15:16 You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.
Ephesians 2:8-10
For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.
John 6:37-40
All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day.
John 10:27-29
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.
All the above prove that man does not chose God, but God did chose His elect before time began. He wrote our names in His book of life, nobody can add their name to His book and nobody's name can be removed. It was sealed before the foundation of the world, so it's a done deal.
Tell your pastor that he first of all needs to become a high level expert in koine and classical Greek. Oh.....and Sanskrit too.
Oh wait. Hebrew also. And near east thought processes.
Then and only then will he realize that his super-deterministic pretension are......total rubbish.
Most pastors today are unqualified in these matters of scholarly knowledge and finesse and therefore disqualified.
And I know (surely know) that all hyper-Cal pastors are definitely unqualified. As are all hard core Reformed pastors.

Predestined = "to
(yet future ) obtain/fulfil
***a thing"***.
[
Eph 1:11 KJV]
11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated
G4309 (to obtain it) according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
11 In whom also
we have obtained an inheritance,
being predestinated (the FUTURE REALIZATION yet to be revealed!) according to the
purpose of him (this INHERITANCE a part of the plan of God from eternity past!) who worketh all things
after the counsel of his own will:
These
"THINGS" are predestined (PREPARED
***DESTINATION***) for us":
***************************************************************************
God has chosen
***THESE THINGS, namely*** blamelessness, conformation to His image, justification, adoption, obtaining an inheritance and glory
***FOR those*** who WILL believe, those who WILL CHOOSE to enter the covenant.
That's the gist of προορίζω
proorizó, SG4309 .
And this term NEVER, EVER pertains to anything about
God choosing
any individual FOR SALVATION whatsoever
and certainly nothing about "pre-birth Calvinistic selection" either.
Rom 8:29
For whom he did foreknow, he
G4309 also did
predestinate G4309 to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Rom 8:30
Moreover whom he did
predestinate, G4309 them he also called: and whom he called, them he also
justified: and whom he justified, them he also
glorified.
Eph 1:5
Having
predestinated G4309 us unto the
adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Eph 1:11
In whom also we have
obtained an inheritance,
being predestinated G4309 according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel
determined before G4309 to be done.

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery,

Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known
it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
