There lots of other "verses" saying the same thing. They do not respect Jesus, Jesus said He was God. To say He wasn't is blasphemy.

Allah is the Arabic word for God. It's not a name. When they say Allah it's like us saying God. So I don't know what your point is
They do not believe Jesus is the son of God, so in that sense they do not respect him. But they do call him blessed, rather than cursed as the Jews do.
No, they are absolutely not talking about the God of the Bible when they say Allah. Not in Islam. A Christian Arab may, but that is not what a Muslim means when they are saying Allah. They are not talking about the God of the Bible. I don't know how you can consider yourself a born again Christian and not know the difference.
