Picture this thread being your opening to a rap battle, or a rhyme battle. I'll take the lead and we can just go from there.

~Keep it clean~

I heard them say a little leaven leaven the whole lump.
If that saying is true tell me the how we get these chumps?
Their rhymes empty and their lines all from the dumps
Talking glory about all these things unholy will put you in a slump

Without that leaven this bread it just collapses
Maybe that's why all these artists have their lapses

'lapses' - you could ask them, but they probably wouldn't get the point,..
 
I got thoughts on my mind at the speed of lightening
If you see me strike it's kind of frightening
But it's enlightening cuz then you'll see
That I'll be the bolt and you'll be the burning tree

It's what it be, this flow it just comes naturally
A gift from Him the glory for all eternity
These rhymes they always just flow like a river
Make you quiver, you up - creek without a paddle
Time to deliver, now mount up the saddle for battle
 
If I don't write words they stick like a wick that is burning the candle of my mind
so bright illuminate the night with a quick light that's for the good fight
I don't rap freestyle cuz these beats too wild and I like my styles mild
I'm mellow not yellow with creativity yeah these words that I speak
It's like they are a part of me, you see? What I say you'll hear the flow
and then you'll now it's time to listen to the show
 
Why oh woe unto me! That I can't talk to myself without talking to Thee
Oh but what a blessing it be to me! For the things unknown I shall surely see
With His authority to make it be. Praise God.

We will overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.
For we were still sinners and God saved us because he is good.
He's working miracles in my neighborhood, so that we may do the things we should.
United we stand and divided we fall, yet some fall lower and therefore they crawl.
The cornerstone for faith itself, Jesus came so that we would have help.
The Holy Spirit dwells in God's children for they are in Christ and they will be hidden.
One day soon our enemy will be smitten, for it is written and God wasn't kiddin'

Glory be to God!

These rhymes ring clearer than telephones
and these chimes clang every time the wind blows
So ya'll know Who's running the show

You can't see it but you believe it cuz
You got some wind within your lungs
Like the breeze blows when it springs it sprungs
Tens of people speaking hundreds of tongues
God's breath of life it is amazing you see,
It's not a breeze and yes it dwells in side of me
Rivers flowing of creativity to glorify O Thee
The Only One that I need I need!

Show me who I need to be!
Tell me who I need to see!
And what I need to say!
Please LORD God just show me the way!
 
Once upon a time is gone
This fairy tale has gone so wrong
The new age is progressing fast
We all know this cannot last

I see a world I do not know
Ignorance is what they show
Bound and blinded by the media
This is the new encyclopedia


Exceeding wroth his time is short
Lie, steal, kill is his sport
The minds of millions to distort
Yeah he is building an army


The people today are full of it
Mouths spew out a ton of shit
The blind lead the blind to death
Closer to hell with every breath


The light is dim the path is winding
In the shadows they are hiding
Without a conscience without a feeling
It's your soul that they'll be stealing
 
I know a path that's straight and narrow
That's guarded from the devil's arrows
The way is light and the night is clear
Releasing me from all my fear

With all the people and all the technology
This is a new theology
Dumb the people with smarter phones
Keep an eye on them with drones
Use theories to denounce their God
With their theories they sound more odd


What's happened to the modern man
Has he forgotten how to stand
Without a voice without a reason
It's now they hunt it's open season


As a child my dad always told me
This world will end before to shortly
I had a hard time believing
I didn't want to lose that feeling


That was then and this is now a different
World and I see how
Things are bound to end somehow
Love is here and LOVE IS NOW!
Jesus already showed us how!
 
I can write lyrics all day with all the things I have to say
With my words I keep the devils at bay
My mind is where I stay talking to myself all day
Communion is the way
It's not a physical act but a spiritual one
So that we would remember His only Son
The unblemished white washed Holy One
The battles over the war is won
Shining brighter than 10,000 suns
Make way all the King is here
To rule with love and cast out fear
 
You got some good stuff here. Your strength is internal rhymes while your weakness is vocabulary. You have potential bro. Keep writing.
